J ai aimé la disponibilité du personnel , et l accès proche de l aéroport d Heathrow.J ai également apprécié la bouilloire dans la chambre, et les sachets de thé. Peu de choix en ce qui concerne les chaines de télévision.Pas de bloc notes ,ni de crayon disponible dans la chambre. |

Le calme dans la chambre. Déçu pour la réservation. J'ai réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants de - de 10 ans. Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans la chambre, un lit. Il a fallu redescendre pour demander une nouvelle chambre. Là panique, plus de chambre. Une chambre nous a été attribuée, pas de chance chambre fumeur, bonjour les odeurs. Il a fallu redescendre, là, nous sommes remontés dans une nouvelle chambre et attendant que celle-ci soit néttoyée. Petit déjeuner très onéreux ainsi que la liaison entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport (8 livres/2 adultes). |

Situé plus loin de l'aéroport que nous ne l'avions imaginé selon la description: ( renseignements un peu juste sur ce point)nous avons du prendre un taxi et là, les tarifs sont libres!! |

Personnel d'accueil très agréable . jolie salle pour le petit déjeuner. Vastes salons au rez de chaussée. Petite boutique dans le hall d'entrée avec cartes postales et timbres ,cigarettes , chewing gum etc... à la sortie du métro on ne voit pas l'enseigne de l'hotel ni aucun flléch .Mauvaise insonnorisation avec le couloir / espace sous la porte d'entrée de la chambre |

This hotel is functional. You need to be at Heathrow overnight for an early flight. That is its purpose. That is what it handles. For £45 overnight, it is excellent value. The staff service is excellent. Everyone was very helpful. The room was OK - light bulbs had to be replaced, hair dryer did not work. So OK after complaining. Service response to fix the problems was excellent. The restaurant was slow but the food was OK when it finally came. So we skipped breakfast. Minicab taxi (so much luggage) to T3 the other side of the airport was £17. However there is a cheaper, regular shuttle bus for those with less luggage Somehow it is a fairly depressing scene - even with a blue sky morning. But it is functional and we caught our flight smoothly. It is only for overnight anyway and this hotel does the job. My recollection of other reviews was that they praised the restaurant. We found it passable. |

The staff were very helpful when I managed to leave my mobile phone behind. I called them from the airport and they did a search and called back a few minutes later. I returned to the hotel and the phone was ready for me at reception. Great service. |

It was quiet and clean. The receptionist when we checked in was very nice. When we checked out, not so helpful or personable. The toilet was running constantly. Thought the continental breakfast was expensive. We would have liked the parking ticket to be valid for 24 hours |

Location, close to Heathrow airport and subway, I can go to the London central and airport by taking the subway easily. Also the good price is the concern. |

The staff was very helpful; my wake up call was on time and the taxi they ordered for me as well. However the staff quoted me one price and the cabbie charged quite a bit more. No one told me I had to put the room key into a slot by the door to activate the lights -- I was tired and wanted to be able to go to sleep, and instead I had to go back downstairs and stand in line again to "fix" my lights since no one answered a phonecall to reception. |
