Price , staff friendliness ...
Size of beds were too small and cleanliness of rooms
Good buffet breakfast at sensible times
All the road works in and around. Nothing specific about the hotel
Nice quiet room
Car Park is expensive and quite a walk away
Friendly staff and excellent accommodation and plentiful choice for breakfast. If you are a cricket or Football fan the location is perfect for Trent Bridge, or County & Forest Matches.
Car Parking was some distance from the hotel, and because we were using the hotel for an overnight stop, we only needed to use hand luggage. A longer stay with several suitcases would have been difficult due to current roads works preventing access to the hotel drop zone.
Went to watch the cricket with a group of friends. Excellent location near the station and stadium. Clean and comfortable rooms with bath. Best part the price was very reasonable.
Location was good!
No carpark on site!! Walls to thin can hear the people next door clearly!
Rooms are spacious and clean, good location and great value
Good standard basic hotel in a good location and at a good price. Excellent breakfasts
Parking - costs. Room key repeatedly not working Requests specified in advance were not considered when allocating rooms - so had to move. ...which caused confusion at reception for billing
Location Breakfast Quiet Night
Parking to far away and no luggage trolleys
Just location and hotel very good allround
I was expecting a more modern/ up to dare furnished room
Location excellent for shops and night life ;)
brilliant staff ..
nothing to dislike
Good hotel ,would Reccomend, good bar, excellent breakfast
excellent breakfast selection. polite staff
Location perfect, hotel perfect it made our visit to nottingham perfect.wa
Walking from car park to hotel could be upsetting if weather conditions are poor
Me and my girlfriend stayed at the jury's inn from Wednesday to Thursday last week, mainly for the purpose of shopping in nottingham on Thursday, views from the room we had was great, hotel was clean and despite being close to the road was quiet. Rooms were spacious and included the basics you needed to make a stay comfortable and on our last morning we paid for breakfast where the choice was excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay and would deffinently stay again in the future.
Although staff were friendly and helpful, upon paying for breakfast the night before and told we had the discounted price, when I handed over £20 believing I would get £5 change, no change was received whether this was a mistake by myself or just a mistake on the day I'm not too bothered it's only £5 and for the service we received whilst there I'm not fussed about where that went.
Breakfast good,room nice, bar nice
Stop serving food at 2145hrs car park 3 min walk away and quite expensive
Convenient, comfortable, value for money
We had a drink at the bar which we found pretty expensive in comparison to local bars
The staff were friendly and helpful The location was central The public areas were clean
Dreary tired bedroom decor Cracked handbasin Shower curtain instead of screen door Restaurant 'in' reception
I liked that the room for 3 people had a decent bed instead of a sofa bed. The hotel was clean and the location was quite close to train station.
Nice building, excellent welcome and facilities.
Parking is a good 5 minute walk from the Hotel, and not ideal when you have to haul your luggage across a bridge. Also its very expensive. £11 for 24 hours.
Clean, friendly staff with what you want delivered and good value for money.
Air Conditioned Room, an essential this summer. Great view from top floor and fairly quiet except for banging doors, so I pack ear-plugs Really efficient and friendly staff Great breakfast buffet selection Advance booking rates good value Plenty of decent local pubs so don't have to rely on bar unless v late
Reception forgot to explain that you need room card to work electrics
