The room was ok.beds were comfordtable.
The smell of grease hits you the minute you walk in.the breakfast was useless.cornflakes and toast that you have to make yourself if your lucky.very dissapointed.for the money they charged me they could have gave a cooked breakfast.does not deserve to be a three star hotel.maybe two star.would not recommend.and would not go back.
The location was out of the way, with no nearby shops or transport. The room was cramped and smelly, there were no sheets on the bed, the shower was tiny and awkward. I left three days early I was so put off, but they refused to refund the balance.
Window not good two open fell out
+ good WiFi connection + helpful lady at the reception + water boiler, coffee, tea in the room
- quite uncomfortable bed - location a bit far from central London, no nearby metro station (compensated by buses) - very basic breakfast
I'm happy for staying at this hotel. The crew cared for me and I liked the area.
Reasonably priced & very comfortable.
Parking could be a struggle when others not staying at the hotel park inconsiderately.
Helpful and friendly staff. Interesting breakfast (with some Jewish additions!) Great WiFi Heated towel rail
Hot water didn't seem to be available at times Room somewhat cool
excellent value for money, helpful staff, excellent location for tube to get to central London, parking free at front of hotel
a little out of the way if you want night life but we didn't so it was no problem
The Transpotation is very good.
1. The bed is very dirty. When I came into the room, i found the quilt was dirty, I asked the staff there to change it for me, she told me why. 2. The carpet on the floor was very very dirty, I suggest that taking away the carpet. I was so uncomfortable when seeing it. 3. The floor is very sticky. 4. the strange smell hit me in the room. 5. The breakfast was very poor, with limited bread and fruit. If you don't mind the dirty things, you can live there.
Nice and quiet .Very clean Cold bar fridge. Big TV. Supermarket and Bus next door! Parking right out front for my rental car !!!!
location and car parking
good price good care nice attitude considerate team
there's no entrance hall
Clean Comfortable Wi-Fi Parking Good shower Quality breakfast Nice neighbourhoods nearby like Kingsland road, Finsbury Park which are in an area with few hotels
Nothing really, the hotel is not very fancy, it looks like 30 years back in time, with many typical jewish guests
Nothing at all we liked or worth mentioning, everything in this Hotel is old fashion/very basic, its not worth any star, its should be 0 star, I do not know how they rate it at 3 stars, that is a big lies. We are really disappointed, its really put us down, we did not enjoy our holiday the way we should. I am also disappointed with Booking.com for not give us any help/ or let us go a head & leave to another Hotel when we called them, knowing that we paid extra for cancellation and that our money is not been taken until after the 27/8/14, I believe we paid a good money £365 for 3 days and from my past experiment, you can get a good hotel for this amount money.
Must say this hotel is really hard to find, its over 7miles away from centre, No reception and no body at all when we arrived, we waited an hour, eventually when kept knocking a very rude and nasty woman with bad foreign accent comes, show us the room which is old and to our surprise found its a Jewish only hotel, we told her we do not want to stay here and need to cancel booking (I also called her previous day after booking when noticed on map its far and request to cancel but she refused) , she lied to us and told us u can't cancel at all and that our money been taken already, we said we paid extra for cancelation and we are unhappy, and want to leave, she told me that your money will never be refunded, asked to speak to manager/owner she said he is not there and she is in charge, we were in real dilemma, we called Booking.com informed that owner is off on sat.(sapth) and nothing they can do, hence forced to stay overnight. On Sun. We spoken to booking I told them I want to leave,(I.e: one night stay only) they informed me I will be charge the full cost, its not fair at all, adding to this there is no service at all, and they did not even clean room and only clean it once when I complaint on Mon., There breakfast it's really awful, very basic/simple and same every day, which is very cheap contains two types of fish, yogurt, bread, cold boiled eggs,----and even the hot water will stop after 12 midnight and only available in the morning, no map given or anything at all. We are very disappointed in deed.
Although the hotel was clean it looked a little tired. Our Room was small but adequate for our weekend stay. The breakfast was good. If you are wanting to have a meal after your journey Stoke Newington is about a 15 minute walk away, there are several restaurants and pubs serving food there.
The picture of the front of the hotel with the restaurant sign is misleading. There is no restaurant.
Near bus stop.
Receptionist was very unprofessional and treated us badly, breakfast was very very poor, not even enough bread.
Good access to public transport and quite from traffic
Easy access to all boroughs of the Great London with buses driving from the hotel down to Seven Sisters underground station situated on the fast and convenient Victoria line (Oxford Circus within reach in half an hour). Sainsbury close by of the hotel, opened until 10 pm. Stamford Hill is a safe place at any time of the day.
no one at reception for most of our 2 night stay.
Hotel staff friendly and my single room had everything I needed for a one night stay. Very comfortable and clean.
Good Value for Money Stayed one night, all was very good. All you need for one night. Thanks
