Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit disappointing and why is it a full English breakfast and not a full Scottish breakfast in Edinburgh??? Landlord and landlady very noisy at 7.30a.m. which was extremely inconsiderate and annoying! |

Staff were keen to accommodate you, helpfull, efiicient etc. And It was very clean. It's not too close to the city centre and the heating didn't come on till late, so was cold. |

The service was great, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable, and it was in a great location close to the old town. It was a bit noisy from the other rooms (ie. toilets flushing), but some noise is to be expected at guest houses. |

The hosts were lovely, accommodating and helpful. The room was clean While it is true that prices in the UK are high, and likely true that the price was competitive, E80, UKL60 or $120 per night was awfully much to pay for the small en suite WC/Bath, and a room crowded by the size of the furniture. |

Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter war einfach weit überdurchschnittlich. Jeder hilft dort gern und schnell. Außerdem liegt das Hotel zentral und die Zimmer sind niedlich eingerichtet. |
