A very warm welcome,and comfortable both for us and Pippa[the dog].The evening meal and breakfast were all tasty and filling.!The location for the beach,and the rest of Blackpool spot on.I would deffinately return and reccomend.

Warm, clean, comfortable guesthouse with sea view available. Hospitality hot drinks and toiletries. Helpful, generous proprietor. Delicious, hearty meals. Great value.
