Lovely breakfasts with plenty of choice, nice comfortable bed, little touches like bottled water each day, good spacious shower, helpful, pleasant landlady, and lots more!

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that I would suggest is for a light to be installed the carpark side, so that guests can see their way to the front door clearly, late at night.

The welcome from Rose and Marge was really friendly as if we'd stayed there many times, although this was the first stay for my wife and I. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean as was the roomy en suite shower room. Also, there were many tiny touches showing an attention to detail that you don't see in many places. The breakfast was as large or as small as you wanted, and the view from the breakfast room was breathtaking, down to the town, the castle and over the estuary. There was a large garden with the same wonderful view. The only regret was that we didn't get to have the cream tea. That'll have to wait until the next time!!!!

There was nothing to dislike!! All positives.

Spotless accommodation. Great hosts. Superb breakfast, the salmon and scrambled eggs on toast are one of the best I've tasted. As far as the full breakfast is concerned, it's the kind of meal which will set you up for the whole day.. quality, pure and simple.

Peaceful location. very comfortable and hosts very hospitable but not intrusive.

Steep walk up the hill to the property but the views were worth it!

Could not fault it. Lovely and clean attention to detail with lots of little extras ie bathroom toiletries with lots of extras bottled water next to the bed. Bed was very comfortable we had the super king on the ground floor which I can recommend. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were nice.

A touch on the expensive side at £90 per night.

The people were lovely, the b&b was immaculate, the food was great and it was easy to park. We would definitely recommend the Keepers Cottage & are looking forward to returning next year!

The only downside is, that we didn't stay longer!

Spotlessly clean. Position - high with superb views from some bedrooms and the breakfast room of the valley and over the estuary. Superb breakfast and caring owners who put themselves out to provide those extra touches - e.g. wine and bottles of water in the room. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay there again.

    Nothing comes to mind.

It was clean and in a location close to the town

It was a bit 'twee' and getting to town involved a walk along a main road (though not too busy)

Marge and Rose were perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to ensure we had all that we needed and were happy with our room. They even used their influence to get us into a restaurant that they recommended which was fully booked. A special table was made available. Lovely lounge area with a beautiful view. Afternoon teas were excellent. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Would definitely return when in the area.

    Can't think of anything

The friendly welcome and wonderful breakfasts that set you up for the day. Rose and Marj were excellent hosts and after the few days we spent there felt more like friends. They have a wicked sense of humour and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would certainly go back again.
