This must rate as one of the best hotels I have stayed in within the UK. Great value for money and the 3gbp to upgrade was well worth it.
I've stayed here on 3 occasions, this time opting for a junior suite which increased the pleasure of the experience. Local facilities are good, room extremely comfortable, breakfast excellent, staff friendly and helpful.
Bathroom was lovely but shower was adequate at best (as it has been in every room I've occupied). TV was better than previously but being a sad lonely traveller having quality entertainment is important so this could be improved (Sky Sports or BT Sport for example)
The whole experience From start to finish was wonderful
The noise from the road wasn't great
Location is good. I like having shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is excellent. Service is very good overall. Room is of a good standard, warm and comfortable. Checking in and out is efficient.
TV is adequate but no more. No real planner on the TV and Sky Sports would be great. Shower in both rooms I've been in is, again, adequate but no more. And I don't like this survey which refers to me as a 'traveler'. I'm not. I'm in England so am a 'traveller'.
A friendly, clean and well maintained hotel. Loved the breakfast table in the kitchen which we unfortunately did not get to sit at. Well trained and friendly staff.
Cannot think of anything
Amazing breakfast with great selection of fresh and cooked choices. Great staff on the "breakfast shift"
Bed was far too soft and "absorbing" for me - I was too hot and ended up sleeping on the floor. We booked two rooms and occupants of both rooms found the rooms too hot. No room heat controls other than opening windows.
Shower in Room 7 is very good. Not so great in other rooms. Free Wi-Fi is good. Clean, Breakfast is good. Quiet location.
Wi-Fi needs an upgrade. Being able to skype and watch movies all add to most travellers enjoyment away from home nowadays but a lot of smaller hotels don't seem to get this. It is my No.1 criteria for repeat visits.
The rooms were extremely well equipped with tea tray, hair dryer, iron, suitcase rack and en suite facilities. The rooms were very clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was freshly cooked and served in a very pleasant kitchen/dining room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
My lovely large ensuite bathroom had a "roll top" bath. The only trouble being nowhere to put the soap or my sponge, and my towel had to lie on the floor until required. The bath needed a bath rack and a stool beside it. Having said that, the bathroom was well equipped and spotlessly clean.
Fabulous stay. Staff excellent. Breakfast was exceptional. So much choice of lovely fresh foods. The bakery opposite and butcher in the village makes a difference. A lovely retreat.
Breakfast was amazing! Building and rooms very pleasant and quirky! Traditional English house/B&B
Kegworth village didn't have anything to offer. Can be noisy if planes taking off to the east.

Clean & Tidy Comfy bed Great Breakfast V Good & friendly staff Will definitely stay again
No Bar only bottle beer available. Places to eat & drink just round the corner though. Thought that a bar for residents to chat would be good as well as the large breakfast table
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice individual rooms.
Like a family home. So comfortable and well looked after. Wonderful breakfast.
Dont expect big hotel facilities but if you want a lovely place to stay its perfect.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfast. Good location with plenty of choices to eat nearby in the evening. Beautiful garden.
Beautiful hotel and rooms Friendly staff Breakfast to die for!
Room was very close to a little lounge like social area and some guests were loudly talking til about 11pm Felt a bit uncomfortable at breakfast as sitting there whilst chef shouting at his assistant
Location great for East Midlands Airport. Very comfortable and a brilliant breakfast.
The setting, beautiful gardens and the extra touches like fresh flowers in your room
Wifi and TV reception not so good
Beautiful house and gardens and very nice staff. Excellent breakfast.
Room felt a bit squashed and the bathroom was squeezed into a corner. Nicely furnished
Great rooms - quiet and comfortable. A friendly welcome. The breakfast is wonderful.
Everything including secure parking, staff friendliness, room, bed Zzzzz, breakfast!
Having to leave!
Kegworth House is lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was beautifully clean, very well equipped and exceptionally comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel.
There was nothing to dislike
We liked most things. Room was lovely, bathroom was lovely, breakfast was the best of any I've ever had at a hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Garden was really pretty. Would recommend to others.
The website doesn't do the hotel justice. It's so beautiful and the pictures don't show it. Came across a couple of cobwebs and owners to go with them. I understand you're trying to be Eco-friendly with the heating but I would have preferred to walk into a warmer room.
Stunning garden and rooms and fab staff . Breakfast excellent too.
