My room was not made up. A plastic bag full of towels and another of coffee sachets was dumped outside the door. A complaint was made to the reception desk, but no apology was offered. |

The convenience of the hotel to our wedding (the reason for our stay) location. We thought that the breakfast table could have been better eg we were searching for butter, sugar and jams etc. and the toast was burnt. |

The bedrooms were clean and the beds comfortable.The reception staff were polite and helpful. I felt the restaurant let the hotel down. One of our meals at dinner was overcooked and one was not very warm. The staff in the evening were friendly but rather casual.It was not what I expected. The breakfast was not good. The hot food looked very overcooked and when I tried the srambled eggs they were very overcooked. |

it was very warm and friendly on arrival on arrival the chef we were told was on holiday,so anything to eat was very limited.the continental breakfast was not acceptable as there was very little there. |

Transfer service from and to the airport, friendly staff. Despite the radiator, the room was rather cold and it was really cold in the. bathroom. |

The proximity to The M1 My room was very small, and smelt of stale drains. It was quite a dark, and depressing little room. I ordered a room with double bed on The Internet, but was allocated a room with 2 twin beds. The bedside lamp did not work, and the room was also in need of updating in terms of decor. |

location of hotel My room was near the lift and everything vibrate when the lift was in use. I was woken by this 2 hours before I wanted to be. I would use the hotel again, but only if I had a room away from the lift. |
