Friendly owners and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was very nice and is included in the price. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom is fine, and it was peaceful every night. There are steps up to the front door - only a problem if you have a heavy pram as we did. Also, the free internet is not on by default, you need to specifically request for it to be turned on (and get a password), and also you need to specifically ask that they don't turn it off at night if you plan to use it late - but as long as you know this issue the owners are friendly and it shouldn't be a problem. |

Warm and friendly welcome by the owners.Helpful if problems occur.Good cooked breakfast up to 9:30 am. Located relativly near to town center and waterfront. Clean room and not to soft beds.Nice view over Torquay from the family room. The bathroom is very small, for single use only. The familyroom offered hardly enough space for two people. The traffic noise was louder than expected.(hill up cars especially)but this effects every hotel in this road. |

lovely couple run this hotel,they make you feel very welcome. i would certainly use this hotel again.comfortable beds and very clean, also only about 5 minuites walk to sea front so can forget about the worry of looking for a parking space.thank you for a great stay |

the friendliness of the staff, the breakfasts and the cleanliness of the whole hotel. The fact they had somewhere for us to smoke and did not make us feel like outcasts not having an actual bar to sit in, although they would get you a drink whenever you wanted. |

The hospitality shown to my wife and I by Sharon & Carl was excellent. 10 out of 10 for the cleanliness; beautifully docorated rooms and breakfast etc. Situated In a lovely location and near to all the facilities and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone. No applicable |

Loved the friendly service! Breakfast's were fantastic and the hotel is decorated to a very high standard. Also fab to be so close to the sea front and access is good to the train station. All great! |
