Everything was great very welcoming couple we really enjoyed our stay.

carl and sharon were more like friends than hosts.hotel spotless and clean..the room was perfect..there hard work shines through..thank you so much for a perfect weekend..carl the breakfast was juz the way i like it..

This hotel was spotlessly clean and the owners were very helpful. The hotel was a five minute walk to the station and about 7 minutes walk into town. It was very convenient. Breakfast also was very good. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Carl and Sharon were excellent hosts, offering advice and guidance on places to go and where the best resturants are. They were friendly and very attentive, nothing was too much trouble and were always pleased to chat, despite how busy they were.

very clean and friendly.the lady who served breakfast , was very helpful and always cheery nothing was to much trouble.not to far from the beach,although if you have walking problems it might be A beach to far.

Wonderfully situated. Near to town but very quiet and relaxing. The best B & B I have stayed at. Nothing to much trouble. Great breakfast. beautifully decorated rooms. Near to very good bus service to town.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kelvin House. The owners were welcoming & friendly & our twin room was comfortable and very clean. The full English Breakfast was expertly cooked and a real treat. A nice touch was the bottled water which was left in our room daily, as I often forget to take any with me! The hotel is well placed for the beach & shops alike, being approx a 10 minute walk away. I'd have no hesitation recommending this hotel to family & friends.

The Hotel were great, cannot fault the service or the food, and the hospitality was good. The full English breakfast was supurb - too much for me. Would recommend Kelvin House, to all my friends. Thank You Carl and Sharon for a great weekend.

This was a friendly b & b the couple were lovely that run it. The room was small, but it was a last minute break and we never stay long other than to sleep in the room The breakfast was excellent another plus as far as we are concerned. We regularly use B & B and it was one of the best especially for the money.

Welcoming host Good hearty breakfast Comfortable room and at a very good price

The room was immaculate and the ensuite spotless. The breakfast was a very generous portion and beautifully cooked. The owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I was a little concerned staying at a smaller hotel with my little boy but they made him very welcome and he slept so well and enjoyed being there. Thank you we will definitely be returning.

There wasn't anything you could dislike.

Absolutely everything! House was beautiful, with this unique english atmosphere. Owners were so nice, kind, and helpful, we felt like home. Breakfast absolutely delicious, and landlady always anxcious for you not to be hungry. Room clean and tidy, towels always fresh, bed so comfortable you could stay in it forever. We loved our stay there!

The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless throughout. There was many different choices for breakfast and it was extremely well cooked. We absolutely loved everything about this B&B. From fantastic reception by the owner Carl, who stayed up until 11pm to welcome us, to the best breakfast ever, cooked and served freshly by Sharon. Owners of the hotel are the most friendly people on this planet. Rooms are very cosy and clean. If you are looking for hassle free, romantic weekend break, search no more!.

Everything was perfect!

The hotel was very clean and tidy, Carl and Sharon the owners were very friendly. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. Car parking was at the front of the hotel, only a short walk to the sea front. The whole family had a very enjoyable stay and I would certainly recommend the hotel.

Our stay was very pleasant and made to feel welcome by the landlord and landlady. The rooms were clean and the facilities excellent! Breakfast was very good indeed.

We had a two night stay. The owners were particularly helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble in order to make our time there enjoyable. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and very well appointed, above our expectations. The breakfast was excellent, varied and as much as you wanted. Finally the location was particularly good for the railway station and only a short walk to the sea front, there was also easy access on foot to the harbour or town centre. We would definitely make a return visit.

The house is clean and owners do their best to decorate it in a modern style.

It is far from the sea front and has very small rooms.
