Score from 89 reviews Wonderful
The bed was a double, so very roomy and comfortable with lots of cushions. Good amount of parking.
A bit of a walk into town and to the beach.
My friends and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Kenbury Everything was great including the staff and bedrooms, we especially enjoyed the breakfast which had plenty of options to choose from. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer.
There was not anything to dislike.
Everything!! Staff, breakfast choices, extreme value for money and location.
The staff. The breakfast. Very well placed in Shanklin.
Nothing really, rooms a little small maybe.
staff very friendly and helpful，nice room clean and tidy，good location， next to the train station and 10mins walk from bus station, 10 mins to sea front
Warm welcome, very comfortable room & spacious bathroom Lovely breakfast! We would love to stay there again
Accommodation, staff, superb breakfasts, convenient shops and restaurants, very easy access to good bus service. Great variety of lovely walks from the doorstep or by bus all over the island. Weather was extraordinarily kind!
Leaving after such a good holiday.
large clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Staff really friendly, room immaculate and breakfast was incredible!
Close to local transport Very friendly owners before arrival and during. They supplied a map with all the local areas marked off and were on hand to answer any questions. Very pleasant stay
This was a very nice guest house. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Very good breakfast and good portions. Would definitely recommend this Guest house.
My only complaint was a bit silly but I found it annoying. To open the front door you needed both hands which made it a little awkward when carrying bags etc.
Nothing to dislike.
Everything at the Kenbury was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Stayed 4 nights and will return again. A very friendly place to stay well worth a visit. Very helpful with information about places to eat and visit.
Nothing negative to say couldn't find anything that we were unhappy about.
We felt well looked after, lovely food
WiFi signal was very weak in our room
The attention to detail - a proper kettle in the room, not a £4.99 plastic one, a fridge, beautifully presented rooms and bed, a great choice of tea/coffee, and a willingness to really help. Clean, warm and homely.
Not a lot actually!
Great location for beach and shops. Fabulous breakfast and great rooms. Staff and owners very nice. Would definitely stay there again.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were also helpful in giving suggestions on where to eat in the evenings.
Breakfast - great choice, well presented
Bed was dipped one side and so found uncomfortable Wore ear plugs as could hear noise from the adjoining room
The Kenbury B AND B was really excellent in every way. It was very clean, the food was plentiful and beautifully cooked. The staff were so lovely and cheerful, and very helpful. I would give it 100%.
Everything bed was huge and comfy good breakfast choices and staff were amazing
Wifi is not secure so I wouldnt check internet balance or pay for anything but did the job looking up post codes etc. This was literally all that was wrong really happy with stay
Good breakfasts, excellent location, beautiful room, comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
Excellent reception on arrival and highest standard of care throughout our stay. We would diffinitetly return for a longer stay next time.
Very clean hotel, lovely staff and a brilliant breakfast set us up for the day. Will return to this hotel.
Friendly and attentive welcome Cleanliness Comfy bed TV/wifi Delicious breakfast Quiet location
Nothing really springs to mind. It's a ten minute walk to the town centre, which was fine for me but others could want something nearer. The flip-side of that is the quiet location.
