run by a very friendly team, hotel was clean and decorated beautifully

Breakfast as always was amazing cooked to order

Wet towels not changed and nowhere to dry them

my freingds and husband realy enjoyed our stay at the kenbury.so clean and comfortable. the staff were excellent and always had a ready smile and so helpful.Well done Karen and her team.

Friendly welcome from very helpful staff. Comfortable room with all necessary facilities. Good size lounge. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of menu. Ideal location, close to bus route and railway station, five minutes from town centre, short walk to beach, yet set in a quiet street. Will certainly return when visiting the Island again and would recommend this B&B to anyone.

it met every expectation for the location and price. particularly liked: effort in room with towels and toiletries - nice touch having hot choc sachet and cookie!!

not being offered a 2nd cup of coffee!! shower not great - would have been ok if on longer arm/head that's all!!!

Very pleasant, very clean, well presented room with little extras such ad peppermint creams, biscuits, fresh bottles of water in the fridge. Excellent tasty full English breakfast.

general ambience friendly and well run

Very friendly staff in particular the young lady who welcomed us at arrival and cleaned the rooms, nothing was to much trouble for her, she was an asset to the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with excellent food and very friendly staff. Set in a quite residential area but still close to all amenities.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had the small double and it was very comfortable. Plus it's only a short stroll from both town and the beach.

Breakfast was a little rushed. In order to be eficient, plates were whisked away and full English presented.

The B&B is is easy walk of all the facilities in Shanklin and is on a bus route to other towns if you don't have a car. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need including a comfortable lounge to sit in with TV, books and games. The breakfast was excellent - offering anything you could want.They did not do evening meals so you had to go out to eat but a selection of local restaurant menus were provided. We had a most enjoyable stay.
