Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good with a lot of choice.

It should have been ,whats not to like,staff very helpful, breakfast everything u want ,enjoyed arselves would very much come again

Breakfast was a little rushed. In order to be eficient, plates were whisked away and full English presented.

we liked everthing, the location, the staff, the accomodation, the excellent choice of breakfast.

The B&B is is easy walk of all the facilities in Shanklin and is on a bus route to other towns if you don't have a car. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need including a comfortable lounge to sit in with TV, books and games. The breakfast was excellent - offering anything you could want.They did not do evening meals so you had to go out to eat but a selection of local restaurant menus were provided. We had a most enjoyable stay.

The service was excellent and we were made to feel comfortable from the start. The room was well maintained and stocked with ample tea/coffee etc. The breakfasts had a wide variety of foods which set us up for a day of sight-seeing.

Although I only stayed for one night I found the staff most obliging,I was given an upgrade,the room was plenty large enough,had two armchairs,a dressing room and en-suite.breakfast was excellent as was the choice.Off road parking was a bonus.

I found nothing to complain of whatsoever.

Lovely breakfasts, clean and comfortable

Really lovely place to stay, we were here for a wedding and didn't bring our car so being only 4 mins from the train station was fab! Staff were lovely and breakfast was perfect! Lovely clean room, small but cosy and the bed was actually lovely to sleep in which you don't get at most places.

The only bug bear I have is that after getting caught in a downpour i wanted a bath but it took ages to fill and the water kept going cold so had to stick with showers for our stay!

The friendliness of the staff from the moment we arrived until our departure. The room was excellent with a lovely view of the sea. The mattress which is very important was very good which, sadly, is not always the case. The choice of breakfasts was considerable and again served by friendly staff. We felt most welcome and would stay there again.

The location to Shanklin town walking distance,very clean,lovely lounge,tea and coffee,wonderful breakfast,very friendly and welcoming,also car park and pleasant gardens.

First this is not a hotel and should not been named as a hotel with 4 stars!!! I was looking for a 4 star hotel in Isle of Wight and I have chosen the Kenbury only because of this misleading. In fact it is a Bed and Breakfast for elderly people and it is made of merging 2 house together in a residential raea and changing it to some small rooms with ensuit small bathrooms. No normal facilities exist that you might expect in a 4 star hotel. This can be a good very silent accomodation for eldrly people that even dont want to hear a small nose. It is look like a elderly caring home without any noise. The only time I hear human voice was breakfast time! The room we have spent 2 ights was small, packed, without some facilities, like telephone or a table to sit around or makeup table, no balkony. They charge us for garden view and it was parking view! It was very quiet and you could hardly to hear anything and any people. It was a rainy day the check out day, Sunday, around 11:00 AM a lady knocked the door and asking us to leave their hotel because their new customers are waiting for check inn! Her behaviour was rude and when we explained it is rainy day and we can do check out around 12:00 even didn't offer waiting in their B&B reception. In summary I won't recommend this B&B to anybody.

Clean, well decorated, very helpful & friendly staff, easy to find, close to the railway station, shops and main roads.

The Kenbury is close to the shops and beach, also plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from close by. A good base to visit the rest of the Island, and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our room had everything we needed in a hotel also very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful I would have no hesitation in returning to the Kenbury for another stay. Thank You.

Only minor item there was parking on site bur I never managed to park there bot on road parking was adequate
