Very comfortable hotel in good location
The location was great, so close to everything. The staff were very helpful, particularly the Concierge. Beds were very comfy too.
The first room we were assigned was so tiny, but thankfully they moved us to a bigger room after the first night, as we stayed a total of 4 nights.
Very comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms .Spacious comfortable public areas.Very helpful receptionist on arrival who changed our room to a better double from twin. Good location 2 mins to underground or bus stop
Rooms a little small but comfortable. Expected free wifi and use of pool. Breakfast a little disappointing- black pudding and bacon dry and hard as if had been kept warm for long time. Also thought may be choice of other hot options - smoked salmon with eggs / smoked haddock for eg
Great location, excellent staff, wonderful public spaces
"Standard" room more of a micro room- outrageously small for the price, even in London. Room not as nice as rest of hotel, either
Location was perfect.
The price was a little bit high.
Close to the underground station. the hall of the hotel is fantastic Staff always smile and trying to assist you in many way
I wish if I stayed longer a small note, the shower has weak presure, however people have diffrence need it could be the right presure
Staff so attentive and helpful! Luggage storage facility great!! Lived it here!
Excellent location so close to everything. The staff were lovely. The rooms could do with a bit of a update.
location, staff and food good value for money room service excellent. would stay again.
parking £32 a day a bit steep and paying for wifi when this could be included in the room rate...
The bed was very large and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Good selection of refreshments left for you in your room. Very near tube station also very convenient for Kensington and Hammersmith, and also not that far from the Olympia Exhibition Centre.
I paid around £100 and used the spa for under £10, reception gave me free wifi code all round good value for money
This hotel was close to lots of good cafes and restaurants, and only a few minutes' walk to an underground station. Good standard of accommodation at a very good price with Booking, com. We didn't have breakfast as it was quite expensive, but there are good places nearby where you can get a good breakfast for half the price. (We went to Bill's - excellent!)
This is a big, rather impersonal hotel. It took us a long time to check in as there weren't enough staff on Reception. I've never had to queue to check in before! We quickly got over it though.
excellent location in general good facilities and service
a bit poor breakfast
Located close to train station Good amenities
Poor cleanliness throughout (dusty surfaces, dirty and frayed towels etc) Room quite small for bed size, difficult to get around.
It is really good hotel, but we upgrad to appertment room and the Conditioner did not work for 2 days and they did not think they need to do anything about that!
at first i got a very poor room, after i had paid the whole bill upon arrival. i requested another room, and which reception kindly gave me. Room is poor compared to the hotel location and facilities that they offer. No mini bar or even fridge!
Small rooms Housekeeping not of a 4 star quality. Disinterested Staff
Location is excellent for Business or visiting London.
There were two main things I didn't like: I didn't like that the hotel charges to use the Gym. If you travel for work, usually is a good complement to be able to use it. Honestly that's why I chose the hotel, but to charge 8 GBP, I found it greedy. You will use it max 2 hours. Last thing, in regards to the full breakfast option. If you already pay it why would the hotel charge you an extra 4 GBP for a Cappuccino.
The welcome from the door man and helpfulness of staff in and near the foyer also Sherisa in the Spa was fantastic (genuininely helpful & friendly, thank you!)
We couldn't open our window at night due to generator noise and early morning reverse noise from a large vehicle woke us. I burnt my hand on the kettle switch too as steam comes out!?
I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time I had a good experience. However on my return a week later the staff were were not aware that I was a returning client, and I had to refill in all my details again.
There was renovation on the floor where I was staying it was pretty messy. I was not informed of this when I checked in. The shower did not run properly and I was ankle deep in water when I showered. The staff didn't enquire if I had a good stay when I left. They couldn't give a toss. Quite a big change from my last stay and rather dissapointing . My room keys stopped working 3 times in 24 hours and the wifi code stops working constantly, which is so annoying. Be warned if you are there on a monday and are in the room they test the smoke alarms which is a very loud and scary experience. especially if you happen to be in a deep sleep.
Location Spacious room
Breakfast buffet poor quality geard to mass market tourists
Good location, great facilities,
Bedsheets were dirty on arrival and not changed. Room was only cleaned 2 in 5 days
Charge for WiFi Tiny rooms Was charged 3.50 for a jug of tap water.
Great location, very close to tube station. Very close to Royal Albert Hall, which is what we needed. All staff very friendly. Comfy room, very comfy bed. Good bar.
The lobby, check-in, concierge and hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. Using the 'left luggage' facility worked perfectly for my trip. Ideal location just minutes from tube. Window opens to get 'fresh' air.
The hotel is impersonal and lacks charm. There are a vast number of rooms which aren't easy to find - the corridors and carpets reminded me of 'The Shining'. My room was incredibly small, the bathroom was very 'tired' and shabby looking especially the bath which had been well used,(ie grubby) especially in the footwell area for the shower. No extras with tea and coffee - just the minimum, which is quite suprising as not a budget price. Television is a nightmare - as menu constantly returns to the hotel's own page. I stayed one night which was ok - but I have definitely stayed in better hotels for the same price - £135 p/night. To summise - nice foyer - disappointing room.
