Breakfast is not so good
My room this time was no where near the same standard as my room only a couple of weeks previously. I booked a superior room, the room this time was not superior. Shame .
Friendly Staff, Lounge/Bar area.
Tiny bedroom, leaking shower, shower curtain too small hence water went everywhere. Duvets too small for beds, not sumptuous. Single duvets only suitable for children not large adults !! Not informed about new system of paying for pool and facilities which was very expensive for 2 hours!!!! Breakfast very expensive for dried up food and staff not trained to bring cutlery, milk jugs for coffee and tea to table etc!! Very disappointed with facilities this time !! I have been staying here for years, but makeover not worth all the extra money !!
The facilities and breakfast were wonderful, staff were helpful
That we got Checked intoo the wrong room standard when we booked Excutive club suite.
Room was very small
The room was cold. The mattress was actually resting. Spacious room.
The room was freezing. The staff was absolutely uninterested, at 1330 a clear: sorry, room available only at 1400, come back then. Never felt so unwelcome. Completely unflexible in regards to the booking, which was far too expensive for the service received.
Old worn out furniture and fittings. Noise from adjoining rooms and road traffic.
No free internet
Compact comfortable room. Good safe location, close to a train station and Kensington gardens and Hyde park.
Excellent location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had a safe which was helpful and tea and coffee facilities. Kensington is a lovely area with excellent parks eating places and pubs. Thoroughly recommended.
Location Value for Money
Room good size, bed extremely comfortable.
Meals at hotel very expensive, but good eating locations close by.
Great hotel. Location great near Tube and bus. The staff were friendly and most helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone from overseas. Central to everything.
Quiet position in central London close to Kensington Gardens and all amenities.
Room very small even the executive but air condition was a bonus.
very helpful staff very friendly parking good
location close to RAH price bathroom products
bedding unsatisfactory room carpet inadequately vacuumed
location is fab, staff were very professional and friendly, nice and quiet for sleeping, nice lobby area
bathroom very tiny
Location, cleanliness, convenience
Poor staff attitude, unhelpful, and inconsistent information, but only from front desk. Paid for a top of the range room and got a middle of the range room.

Despite advance warning I am mobility impaired, I was given the room furthest from the lift. Key cards didn't work half the time. Room was tatty, grubby and run down. Room service was unavailable by phone for an hour and a half one night, and nearly an hour a second night (recorded message saying mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message), when I eventually got through the first night, I was refused the food I wanted (on menu served until 10pm), at 9:50pm. Second time, the food was so poor, I sent it back. As nothing else on the menu appealed, I went to bed hungry. Breakfast was mediocre (pastries tough, tasteless and cold). Was charged for three breakfasts despite only having two. Email to front of house from the hotel website on the first night remained unanswered, despite a second email a week after I came home, until three weeks after checkout. I notified reception of my issues and the email on check out, was told someone would be I touch, yet no-one contacted me. I had to telephone the hotel almost three weeks after my stay. Duty manager I spoke to assured me she would investigate my complaints, and followed up with a email to say she was investigating my complaints the following day. Despite my reply to her email last week I have still heard nothing back from the hotel. Three weeks after I checked out, I had a email in reply to the email I sent on the first night, apologising and offering me a free breakfast on my next stay, to which I replied that my complaints were in the hands of a duty manager. I've heard nothing further. This poor customer service lets down some of the excellent staff.
Breakfast and evening meal excellent Location excellent
Room very basic, very noisy and the single room was very small and bland. Felt more like a prison cell than a hotel.
the hotel was in a good location close to the tube station & well serviced by the buses & high street.the royal parks close buy & the hop on buses just 5 mins walk away.the reception area,s of the hotel is good,as are the staff
the room was very small & needing refurbishing, every thing worked though.
Staff are always friendly and focused on you as a customer Parking under hotel
Slow Lifts !! a minor issue though
Public areas have a comfortable contemporary design with a welcoming atmosphere.
The room booking was for a "superior twin room". I found it to be quite basic. (R109).
they said they don't have my reservation when checked in. my mom booked it for me but she used my name as hotel guest.
