Comfortable bed cozy room excellent Wi Fi, central location.
Single toilet and shower for entire hotel.
I am lactose intolerant. I let them know at the moment of the booking but none lactose-free food was available during breakfast.
no toiletts,no elevator
Couple room number 15 with just shower. There is no way to have a pee or what else.
Nice location and nearby many underground stations with some shops around Reasonable price especially in the season
No lifts so we had to use stairs carrying heavy bags and no porters in the hotel to help
Location. Staff friendly.
Room sold as sleeping 4 persons. In reality one small double bed and a large single bed! Bathroom floor tiles were broken, bathroom door would not lock.
Space is to small, Toilet is common and dirty to use.
The location was excellent The bed was comfy Staff were friendly and helpful
The en suite could just do with modernising
I booked this hotel because of the location. It allowed for me to easily get to the major shopping points i need, and transport from here as easy. The hotel was great. The room was a decent size and there was even free coffee/tea inside. The room was clean and smelt lovely. The beds were plush and comfortable; made for a great night sleep after a long day. As well the area is quiet at night for it being in central london. All staff were wonderful and helpful. I would definitely recommend to family and friends, it was a great stay.
Having stayed in hotels all over europe, this hotel is great. There is free wifi and breakfast for all guests. Reception was 24hrs which was very convenient for me. The hotel was near to many great restaurants. The room was clean and cozy and most importantly the bed....it was amazingly soft and the duvets made it even cozier. Cannot wait to book my next stay! The staff made it even better. Yola, the lady at breakfast was amazing and wonderfully helpful. Thanks!
We stayed at this hotel for a quick trip to London. It was fantastic. It is conveniently located near to many shops, restaurants and pubs. Near to many travel options too. Room was lovely, it was clean and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. the staff was also very friendly and helpful
Every thing is very bad
Room 17 is enimals room not human every thing is bad and why £99 per day and Every thing why take £10 as a depsit Sorry I treval many time for many countries but I have not ever seen like this Hotel in my life. I do not belive that In London
Our staying was horrible! Very uncomfortable small room, dirty, no lift, one shared bathroom and toilet which the most times were busy.
Nothing it is pig house
Everything was disaster and dirty. Not clean , very bad smell and absolutlly do not even think about this hotel
Only half decent thing was the shower in the main bathroom couldn't use the one in the room was a foot away from the bed and filthy
Called day before to make sure booking had gone through and the girl on reception told me she couldn't tell me confidential info ?? After speaking to some one else yes booking had gone through , after arriving we were allowed to leave our bags as we were early which was nice , we checked in around 11.30 at night after a day in london I paid 10 pound deposit for key and had to carry our own luggage up three flights of stairs , the room was horrible brown walls , the bed I don't think had been changed it had hairs in and stains , the sink and shower had hairs in and the bed felt itchy and dirty , the rooms and breakfast area are in the basement and the pictures are not of this hotel I guarantee we walked in and the smell was disgusting damp and smelly , do not expect any sleep in this hotel people checking in banging doors all night , upon checking out I did get my 10 pound cash deposit back and were allowed again to leave our luggage until our train home . I wouldn't recommend this hotel for no more than two nights for a little bit extra money you can get a really nice hotel few doors away .
We had an apartment with two moderate size bedrooms and quite big livingroom-kitchenette combination equipped with new kitchen cupboards , washing machine , stove and dishwasher. In the bedrooms there were five comfortable beds , linens were changed daily. Location was very good with only few minutes walk to Street with numerous small restaurants and Bayswater tube station. Staff in reception was very helpful and kind.
Breakfast facilities were shabby as some storage room . Livingroom carpet had seen better days .
Broken bed (Crooked) Hardly water in the shower Really bad breaakfast Small breakfast room Broken light on desk Dirty room Steep stairs Expencive parking
Close to a tube station (but most hotels are)
We received a room (17) on the fifth floor (no elivator). The room was in the attick, small, dirty, no water presure in the shower. It was very much different from the photos of the quadruple room they have on the website. When i confronted them that this is a scam, the lady said it is the hotel policy not to return any money. Basically, it is their policy to defraud guests. The breakfast was very basic. Luckily , we were there for only 2 night and got the hell out of there.
The region where is found this building that is named hotel.
This hotel are addressed in not humanly persons. The rooms are in tragic situation and dirty, the cleaner non-existent and took from under the dirty towels and she folded them and put them again for clean, the soap non-existent and the breakfast was for refugees of Africa (without cheese or ham or eggs, only milk and bread with cheap value pastries). The double room had a bed that leaned in wall and should one from the two us it makes jumbs. The responsible English authorities it is curious that they leave also functioning such hotels, that remind third world`s situations and not respect the citizens of European Union. No where in all Europe have not met such dirty and oldie hotel . Do not downgrade your company , proposing such hotels, that remind other old times.
Staff were lovely, very clean.
The shower was not good and few room repairs but an old building.
1- delicious breakfast , nice and englishy 2- great reception and service , always seemed to help and gave good touring advices for tourists
1-no lift for a four floor building 2-congested wifi( too slow) 3- no phone service at the basement ,as we stayed there in which we had no Idea , we thought our room was on the ground floor. 4-could hear people stomping on the stairs while we slept. 5-the availablity of a lift was not clearly stated on the web
Location is good. Wifi was ok.
If you are used to staying in anything else than poor to bad hotels than this hotel is not for you. Our first night there was horrible. My wife cried the whole night and we were devastated that we had to spend 4 more nights there. Room 21 is located in the basement with a view into a brick wall 2-3 feet away, way below street level. The smell is bad and the air has a bad "cellar" damp. I am 1,90m "6,2ft" high and did not fit in the shower. My head was standing through the shower cabin into a dark totally filthy area. I also did not fit in the bathroom "closet". The room had several mosquitos and other flying insects. When I explained it to the staff that the room was filthy and infested with bugs the answer was to close the window???? The flies and bugs come into the room if the window is open??? After a sleepless night it was clear that we would not get a refund no matter what so we demanded to be moved. We were moved to room 20. Same cellar floor but a slightly better room. Same damp very old carpet. The day before checkout we asked for a late checkout at 13:00. Were told that it would cost 10 pounds pr hr and normal checkout was at 11:00. We agreed to pay the 20 extra pounds. Next morning at 10 we woke up with the staff banging on our doors demanding that we would checkout at 11. I was upset again and explained that we had arranged for a late checkout and yes we agreed to pay extra for it. Another 30 minutes and they were asking us to pay the 20 pounds immediately since it was Hotel policy and that "many people" leave without paying the xtra fee. The pictures on booking.com are not what we saw. I think it is terrible that you book a hotel based on pictures and also other comments and then you receive something totally else. This truly bothers me and I wander if there is anything one can do. We traveled with WOW air and booked the Hotel through their web page.

Name of your Hotel, that's it.
Your staff passed a racist remark to my mother that 'You Asians' always do this. I didn't liked it.
