Nothing it's good. It's a very dirty place, it's falling apart.
I dislike everything there. Never going back.
Good hotel with low price
We arrived about 11.30 but was told our room was not ready so we went in to London for the day. When we got back to check in I went to our room which had not been cleaned when I went to reception she said it had I said it's not she came to the room to find it had not been cleaned at this point my children were not happy we had walked around London for 7 hours in the rain and the cold and wanted to get warm. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't have one this was there fault not mine she said I can offer you another room which was in the attic the floor wasn't even level and tiles were missing off the floor which was a hazord. I asked again for a refund and said this is no good as my youngest child would struggle with the stairs as they are asthmatic but was told they couldn't this then caused my two children to be very upset because of the dirty room we were given and spoilt our holiday I had to force them to stay here as there was no where else for us to stay we was offered a plate of pastries......... No refund I would not stay here again.
Yolanda María very king and helpfull. The beds quite comfortable . Very nice area Noting Hill, near of 3 subway station . Suitable for a family or couple for a weekend .
Scarce and of poor quality breakfast pastries. The stairs are quite dangerous.
Nice staff, Maria on reception. Good value of money and location.
We stayed there for a night , upon arriving in the evening with our little daughter we have been offered a room in the ground floor, which was perfect for us as we didnt want to carry our pushchair on the stairs. The receptionist were awesome, and friendly giving us all the information we needed, the room was comfortable so was the bed. nice and clean. would definitely recommend , and come back again. 10/10
I liked the comfortable beds, The peaceful yet central location and the pleasant attitude of the receptionist.
I didn't like the heating on too high at night it made the room stuffy even with the window open. I didn't like the noisy people in room next to us and I did not feel comfortable in the breakfast room with the music channel on too loud and bad quality food and coffee. The breakfast room felt more like a youth hostel.
Rooms were clean but tired need a little tlc ,
Cracked tiles, old tatty signs on walls, shower needs replacing, carpet on stairs needs a good clean or replacing, had a kettle in room on table but no where near to plug in so had to put on floor outside bathroom to boil, breakfast wasn't as advertised a lot less then what was in picture !
Came late night and was welcomed, shown to our room which had more than enough space. The beds were really comfy and the hospitality was great.
Comfort of beds
Condition of the bathroom
NO ROOM TO SIT ON TOILET!!!!
Free upgrade, but no toilet paper, leaking tap in the bathroom, dirty shower, windows impossible to open and heating left on all night. 2 kingsize beds in one room, very unusual. Reservation has been deleted by receptionist by mistake, staff was untrained and unfriendly. Interior partly broken and in total a disgrace to call it a hotel. Ruined the trip to London .
Location, smily receptionists, kind staff, very comfy beds, nice and warm duvets. Continental breakfast quite good as it offered variety. Very clean. Room temperature fine. Quite area. Nicely decorated. Economical. I would definitely recommend it and I will come back. Thanks for a lovely stay!
Bathroom: floor was unfinished, shower curtains pretty digusting and its not that expensive to buy new one.
Location was great, bedding and towels very clean!
The shower was awful
Staffs were professional and nice.
The facility itself is rediculously poor. No elevator Old facility Share bathroom Not clean bed all the equipments were damaged or dirty.
The staff is a pleasure to meet and always up for a chat when wanted.
Free wi fi
Breakfast was poor, even as a continental breakfast it lacked substance. Dining room requires making more customer friendly.
Staff were so friendly & helpful Free breakfast excellent. Location so good close to underground station just a 5 min walk
Rooms small but we had our own bathroom and rooms were clean
Great place, friendly and great price!
Pricing and Location were optimal.
Rooms are small, but you get what you pay for.
Clean, warm, good continental breakfast and friendly staff
A bit threadbare, small room and even smaller WC and shower.
We had a lovely welcome into the hotel and was given our key down at reception. We had a very nice double room which was very clean and tidy, the staff were very polite and friendly.
The location is excellent
First is the staffs, every time when u go out the guy from the reception want to ask many questions, Seccount is the room is always very could all time So when i saw the manager talking about the jeans the stuff was, I asked ehy she not worry about that other things too?!!! nevěr again
