The hotel staff were very friendly. The apartment we had was excellent value for money as we got upgraded free of charge. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The toilet didn't flush very well. |

Close to friends we were visiting - handy for transport links and a good alternative to hotel as we made good use of the living space. finished to a high standard and handy car parking outside. i stayed at Kensington House Aparthotel a year and a half ago when it had just opened and customer service was not as i expected. I thought a year and a half on this might have improved but found the receptionist who booked us in rude - whilst waiting in reception for directions the receptionist was on the phone and essentially told us to be quiet or she couldnt do her job - whilst we were talking nearby it was the way she spoke to us rather than the request which we objected to. |

I really was impressed from the moment I walked in the front door. I had read a lot of other reviews for places to stay along the Osbourne rd and was not reassured about the standard I could expect. However the decor, furnishings and facilities were all of an excellent standard and it was a lovely place to stay for the weekend. Just ticked all the boxes! The heating had 2 extremes but the hotel did try to rectify it very quickly. I didnot like the additional cost of £25 per night to open up the second bedroom. This wasnot clear on the booking sheet and I felt that this would discourage me from using it again. They assume couples will be staying but I went with my grown up daughter. I love her very much but....The tea and coffee supplies are not replenished when it's gone it's gone |

Good location with easy access to metro. Free parking also very useful. Good sized rooms. Bedding had questionable stains on it. Plates, glasses & cutlery all had to be washed before use. |

Smart, handy location, spacious rooms with tasteful modern decor. Inviting exterieur and cosy interieur. Perfect for family of four or two couples. We stayed 2 nights, only disappointing aspect was poor cleaning service - beds hastily made, kitchen surfaces left dirty. Bathroom ok. |

Comfortable, clean accomodation close to the city centre yet easy and convenient to drive to. My husband is 6ft 3 inches, the beds could be longer! |

It was done to a very high standard with large rooms and kitchen area (this is too large to be called a kitchenette) complete with fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Lot's of parking space at the front and around the back. Also opposite a Metro station and within easy reach of Newcastle city centre. 2 minutes from Northumbria University which was important to us. Could benefit from a lift especially for the top apartments when carrying luggage. |

everything in the hotel was great~ clean, comfortable, quite, good stuff(but one of them is not really nice). it is a great aparthotel, and I would like to stay there next time if I went to Newcastle again. The wireless internet is 5 pounds per 24hours, and when I used it, there always be some problem, and I could use it for half day but still need to pay that amont. And one of the staff was not really helpful, when the internet problem came up, and she told that she would give me a ring when it was ok, but untill I came down to the recieption to solve it, she just did nothing. |

The location was excellent, and facilities gave you a level of privacy that a hotel room does not. It was a luxurious home from home! Overall excellent value for money and I would definitely go back. There was a bit of a smell when we arrived as the bathroom did not have a window, although this did soon disappear. There were also a few stains on the carpets, but nowhere near as bad as some supposedly high class hotels I have stayed in. |
