That we were welcome guests for our full stay and not just check in and out of the room. Most appreciated
The hotel was clean and tidy, good spaces, nice seating areas, good food. Good car park.
The hotel only had about 20 people staying, yet when i booked 3 days prior the hotel only had 2 rooms available. Also no entertainment apart from the TV areas
Excellent location right on the sea front. Great private car park at the rear with lots of space.
Cost us £210 for 2 nights in a sea view however we could have stayed in a 4* for £40 extra. Not really a 3* would probably say 2*. Breakfast was not the best, we were told it started at 8.30am but when we got down some guests had finished their breakfast? Bathroom was very dated in sea view room. No atmosphere in the bar area and no entertainment as quiet time of year even though it was bank holiday week, and no notice of last orders at the bar.
The staff were very Polite and helpful, Breakfast was very nice, Our Room was very nice,
Wonderful Hotel on sea front staff was, very helpful room"s excellent & comfortable good breakfast well presented,we would recomend this Hotel and give it 9 out 10 i would stay there again.
Good sized, nicely furnished room. Clean, modern en-suite bathroom. Ample rear car park.
No evening meals on the nights we stayed. Cooked breakfast missing a few options.
Friendly staff very helpful ,beautiful food
Nice clean accommodation great breakfast and friendly staff
The hotel was in a great sea front location with plenty of parking at rear in private car park The place was very clean comfortable and great value for money Room was very nicely decorated to and the bathroom was fitted out with modern appliances Staff very tentative and friendly food very nice even though we were only b&b Would definitely recommend and return again
The rooms were very nicely decorated to a high standard but... the bathroom even though quality fixings... didn't have enough room to swing a cat... Just about enough room to get into shower Wouldn't put me off returning again though
View from the hotel room, food was delicious, staff were friendly.
No air condition
the hotel is in an excellent central location able to park the car and enjoy exploring. the staff were very friendly and obliging we had an enjoyable stay
some of the décor was a little tired but it is evident that the hotel is addressing this
location was excellent, rooms were clean
We booked this hotel quite late (48hrs) and arrived around 3pm on Saturday 9th August. We entered the hotel from the rear car park, entering the building through a rather dated lower ground entrance and staircase to reception. On arrival at reception the receptionist was pleasant but the desk and surrounded areas were dated and there were exposed power cables with unprotected blocks above tariff sign. We booked in and took the lift to our 3rd floor room which was small but pleasantly furnished and decorated and the bathroom looked like it had been renovated very recently and was expertly and tastefully done. The lift however was extremely slow, noisy, dirty and very poorly maintained internally. I tried to use the free Wi-Fi but found it difficult to maintain a connection as the reception was extremely week, when I questioned this a member of staff who I think may have been the proprietor advised that so.certainly the wind turbines had been erected out at sea the Wi-Fi quality Chad been affected when I asked what the wind farm had to do with we find turbines she stated that in view is was "atsmospheric" and turned her back on choosing to speak with another member of staff. How rude!!! My wife and I went out for an evening meal and when we returned at around 10pm the reception was closed with a sign which stated "ONLY in a real emergency must the reception bell be rung as the reception was closed and would re-open the following morning" My wife and I were quite shocked as it made a clear statement that the staff were off limits unless you had the audacity to fall ill or God forbid die!!. It would be prudent to add as this point that a coach party of "very" elderly OAP's had arrived that day and would like to think that the proprietor(s) would want to give their guests a feeling reassurance rather than instilling a fear of ringing THAT BELL.
Ease of booking and registering etc. uncomplicated. Great breakfast Great beds It did what it said it did on the tin with an excellent location on the front
Lounge needs a good revamp.
our stay was cut short unexpectedly and staff very helpful. hotel very clean would stay there again.
Very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. The young man who served breakfast was so pleasant and efficient, quite exceptional. Location brilliant, car park brilliant. Room and bathroom small but well designed. Overall, it delivered what it said on the packet.
One mattress not so good.
Very classic hotel in a great location just along the seaside. 5 minutes walk from the nearest local bus stop. And 5 to 10 minutes to walk to town. Our twin bedroom is very clean and has a beautiful sea view. Fantastic. Very quiet hotel as well. Have to mention the breakfast, just delicious. Highly recommended.
Just couldn't connect to the wifi, but it is not a big deal any way.
Friendly staff and nice clean room.
As we only stayed one night we didn't use the hotel bar and entertainment but it didn't look very inviting when I looked in the entertainment room.
Central seafront location Quiet Friendly staff Large secure car park at rear
We had to go looking for the staff we asked what was on the menu and no one could tell us that was only one hour before the meal was to be served .there was no bath mat and the bath was very slippy . I didn't like the two tier dinning there was no staff to tell you where to sit the tables to close together and we waited 20mins for our breakfast
Clean cheap and cheerful and perfect for our purpose. Excellent secure car parking facilities. On the sea front. Automatic free Wi-Fi without the fuss of login.
Breakfast was no more than adequate. Wouldn't want to try the restaurant. Not the hotel's fault but Llandudno is very ''tired'' which somehow, perhaps unfairly, reflects on the hotel.
Nice view outside hotel
Small window in room Mattress needs replacing Long wait for breakfast Staff forgot to order cooked breakfast. Had to request bread, fruit, fruit juice no entertainment Lounge bar looked dated and needed decorating
Location of hotel good. Room/bathroom good. Breakfast good.
No manager around. No entertainment. Bar rarely open. Bar area very small. Decor of hotel in need of attention. Lounges had no television. Not good value for money.
Liked the location and the room was very nice and clean, the staff were helpful an friendly.
There wasn't staff always at the bar an it closed exactly on 11pm, no entertainment and a small seating area, but saying that, we still had a lovely stay,
Near to town centre, all the staff were very freindly the room was fab.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean bedroom and en-suit.
The sausages could be improved to complement with the quality of the cooking.
