Very dirty and in need if maintenance.

The best thing of the apartment was it's location. The building was the traditional building of london, all made of bricks, really nice. And the free internet conection was good too.

There are so many things. For example, it was al dirty, it is expensive for the services it offers, the kitchen cant be used neither, etc. Another thing is that nobody is at the reception of the hotel past 10 p.m. A man arrived at 1:30 a.m. and nobody was there to receive him, and he had booked a room for 134 pounds a night. The man stayed all night in the lobby shouting for the manage to wait him, but nobody came. When we woke up in the morning, we saw a note that the customer had left at the front desk, complaining about the situation, it was really crazy.

Location - close to Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Albert Hall. Easy access to shops and transport.

it was dirty and poorly presented. Advertised as self catering but ill supplied kitchen. There was little in the way of "luxury". Also during stay there were major probelms with the roof in the apartment foyer which made access almost impossible - an extreme fire safety risk.

The only satisfactory aspect of our stay at this apart/hotel was the walkable distance to the Royal Albert Hall and the reasonable distance from bus stops and Underground.

Ther was no 'service' and no 'luxury'. If I had not signred the credit slip before I saw the rooms which were offered I would not have stayed at the apart/hotel.

The best thing about this apartment is that it is very centrally located. It is just a 5 minute walk from the High Street Kensington tube station and right next to the Kensington Park.

The rooms were very small and the toilets even smaller. The shower stall was ridiculously small - it was impossible to get a proper shower. The lift is only up to the 2nd floor and then one had to climb up 2 flights of stairs to get to the top floor. One toilet was in the staircase landing. The building lacked basic cleanliness.

The location was very convenient, right next to a lot of parks and major sights, and the room was clean.

We did not see the manager a single time after we checked in, and we needed towels and would have liked some information about transportation, etc. Our room did not have a washer, even though the website gave us the impression that it did, and the room was so tiny that when the beds were pulled out, you could not move to the bathroom.

Excellent location, very close to Kensington High Street, the park. Good sized rooms and the concierge was very helpful and accommodating. I will be staying there again and again. Thank you.

Little things that were missing or broken but once it was brought to their attention it was taken care of and fixed.

The location.

This hotel had no points that could even be classified as "satisfactory". We have been travelling for the past 18 days and booked 7 hotels with you, this is the only one where we were totally dissatisfied; all the others were as we expected based on your information.

Pleasant surroundings, proximity to transport and to amenities.

One of the bedrooms appeared to have a water heater in it which was both noisy and caused th room to overheat. Lighting in the bedrooms and bathrrom was poor.

La vétusté de l'appartement, le manque d'entretien, la propreté, les odeurs de cuisine qui remontent, le système de ventilation des salles d'eau (extracteur vmc encrassée) l'humidité, les bruits des canalisations d'eau. L'effondrement du faux plafond du 1er étage suite à un dégat des eaux.

"Henkilökunta" näkyi 4 päivän aikana vain kun soitimme paikalle päästäksemme sisään, otti koko maksun etukäteen. Huoneissa ei mitään siivousta tai roskien keräilyä 4 pvn aikana, wc-paperi loppui. Sijainti hyvä, rauhallinen, huoneisto tunnelmallinen.

Ks yllä, suihkut ei toimineet, huonohkot sängyt, mahdollisesti hometta huoneistossa, kun silmät ärsyyntyivät ja tulivat punaisiksi, vaiva poistui heti kun jätettiin majapaikka. Major problem: Booking vahvistuksessa ei mitään kadun numeroa eli oli aika vaiva löytää perille!!!

πρεπει να γκρεμιστει γιατι ειναι γεματο ποντικια, τρυπεσ , τρεχουν νερα απο τα ταβανια και βεβαι πανακριβο.
