London Apart Hotel

We did not find the apartment ready and he checked in us in different one in the basement which was not to the required standards and very dirty.Linen sheets/towel and general state of apartment very dirty and kitchenware were dirty too .Refrigerator & tv were not working and had to be repaired after 3 days of our stay I informed Booking.com immediately on the first day but they did not provide any help The apartment,s manager / owner was very un friendly at the checking in time and informed us “ if you do not like go to other hotel “ but since we didn't have time to go and find out another hotel ,we accepted on promise he will do something in next days which he did but again found same conditions and below standards and the internet was not working “no signal” at all.He said he is a millionaire and doesn't care even if we cancel the reservation but he took the payment for the full period in advance on arrival.We were extremely disappointed and really disturb our stay / vacation in London.At the end and due to frequent complains he acknowledged the problems and agree to give some discount as a compensation which he did partially and promised to refund me later on which still not done. I hope with this feedback and others as well , will help him to improve the service level to acceptable standards Booking.com should consider these feedback and carry audit from time to time on these type of apartments to confirm the announced standards are really matching otherwise it should be considered false information / data and should be removed from the boking.com website Thanks

The location- 0ne block from the hotel is great.

We stayed on the upper floor- it was dirty!!!!! I was told that I could move to another hotel by the owner- but would owe for a two nights stay. The pictures on the web site look great- but don't show the dirt. I felt like the pictures were a bait and switch. Any complaints fell on deaf ears. Other guests were also unhappy.The whole place needs to be condemned.

The hotel itself was awful. Very dirty and badly run. We were extremely disappointed with the establishment and it tarnished our stay in London.

The manager / owner was very rude and sent us an email only a day before checkin discouraging us that the room size is inappropraite and in the basement, since we didn't have time to find out another hotel we insisted on what we were booked for. When we reached there, he seemed disinterested and tried to ignore us as much as he could Before even showing us the rooms. He said he's a millionare and doesn't care even if we chose to cancel the reservation. Then he took the payment also in cash. The rooms were dirty and smelly. Bathrooms were too small even beyond imagination. When we reminded him of the description on website, he said you should go and stay in Buckingham palace.We are frequent travellers and always very appreciative and understand / compromise with minor problems, but this experience was disappointing.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and accomodating. The room was very clean and tidy. The towels and bed linen were changed regularly. The hotel is located in a very chic area, full of nice restaurants, bars,shops... The area is chic, residential and very quiet. Hyde park is just 1min away by walk. Overall, I enjoyed very much my stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it for short or long holidays.

Lovely and central next to the park.Close to kensington high street and Harrods. Hotel staff where very kind and helped us find nice places to eat. Room was comfortable with plenty of light. Close to the underground so it was easy to see all the sights. We enjoyed our stay in this Apart-Hotel.

The studio was spacious ,clean and quiet. The hotel staff were friendly,attentive to our needs and polite. The location of the hotel was great facing a small green garden.close to Hyde park and to all shops and restaurants. We really enjoined our stay at this hotel and we highly recommend it to all your customers.

Since this is an Apartment hotel no other services is on offer. But the man behind the desk was helpful and friendly. However you do not give the street number up so that must be improved. Since I know the area fairly well, it worked but I had to call the hotel to get the street no. Ljm

Lack of bulbs in bathroom. Lousy internet connection and even problems with the mobile phone coverage. No soaps. Shoul have had a proper wash out!

It was very convenient

If they spent about 1 months rent on each appartment they could improve the place enormously. They could probably also increase the rent by c 20% and therefore get the money back in a year. While it is kept clean it is badly in need of painting and redecorating. It was not delux and not superior but with a little effort it could be

coperte macchiate, lenzuola e federe con peli e capelli, asciugamani con residui umani "freschi" mura con macchie d'umidità, pavimento semovente con listoni e mattonelle scollate sedie con braccioli amovibili sacchi di polvere a piacere TV con soli 5 canali, lampadine mancanti, caldaia a camera chiusa (sembra) in camera da letto

لايوجد شي يستحق الذكر في هذا الفندق وارجوا من بوكنج دوت كوم ان ترسل احد موظفينها للتحقق من خدمة هذا الفندق والتعرف علية اكثر علما وانني سكنت ليلة واحدة واخذ منى صاحب الفندق عن خمسة ليالي وارجوا من شركتم ان لاتتعامل مثل هذا الفندق لانه يسي الى الموقع الشركة هذا ولكم الشكر
