The location.

The manager / owner was very rude and sent us an email only a day before checkin discouraging us that the room size is inappropraite and in the basement, since we didn't have time to find out another hotel we insisted on what we were booked for. When we reached there, he seemed disinterested and tried to ignore us as much as he could Before even showing us the rooms. He said he's a millionare and doesn't care even if we chose to cancel the reservation. Then he took the payment also in cash. The rooms were dirty and smelly. Bathrooms were too small even beyond imagination. When we reminded him of the description on website, he said you should go and stay in Buckingham palace.We are frequent travellers and always very appreciative and understand / compromise with minor problems, but this experience was disappointing.

The standard studoi was spacious and the hotel staff were polite and attenditive. The place was clean and the location was excellent close to Hyde Park,shops and resturants.

I liked the location, the staff were very helpful. My room was very comfortable and warm.I am planning to go back in feb must say I had a very good stay. J.mcpeake

Location is very good near underground (High Street Kensington).

It was ridiculous. There is no sign it is a hotel nothing. It is just a regular house with a regular door. If you don't have a phone number of old man who is managing hotel - no chance you will find it! Yes there is no hotel staff - only an old man who is living in the next building and knows the owner and "helps him". He is on the front desk only at 9am- 10am if you want to meet him - you need to call and ask him to come (it takes 15-30 mins). The room for 8 is actually for 5 maximum - beware! However small rooms for 3-4 on the 2-4 floors are fairly ok for a very low-budget trip. However I was happy with hotel because managed to get a decent discount and location was perfect for my business trip.

Situation, quartier superbe ! a cote des lignes de bus et pas loin du metro.

Un peu sale. Il manquait des verres dans la cuisines, certaines ampoules electriques ne marchaient pas.

لايوجد شي يستحق الذكر في هذا الفندق وارجوا من بوكنج دوت كوم ان ترسل احد موظفينها للتحقق من خدمة هذا الفندق والتعرف علية اكثر علما وانني سكنت ليلة واحدة واخذ منى صاحب الفندق عن خمسة ليالي وارجوا من شركتم ان لاتتعامل مثل هذا الفندق لانه يسي الى الموقع الشركة هذا ولكم الشكر

Die Ausstattung des Hotels hatte einen alten und ungepflegten Standard, war höchstens einfach und teilweise "verwohnt".

Quiet and very convenient location for shopping, dining and jogging in the park.

No way 4 star hotel or appartment. During our 3 nights stay, no bed making, no towel exchange, nor no toilet paper supply. I was told by the reception man to buy them by myself. Quite insulted by the reception. The worst thing is that the reception is always no attendance and not ready to accept any claims. Maybe clever tactics to avoid any further survice. During our stay I have seen several guests heavily complaining over the phone since no one at the reception in the evening.

Nach unserer Beschwerde bzgl der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung wurde unverzüglich geputzt(so gut es möglich war). Der Hotelmanager reduzierte ohne Aufforderung den Preis.

Die Ausstattung war aus dem Sperrmüll ,alles zerschlissen,dreckig und kaputt. Von außen ist nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein Hotel handelt, wir und der Taxifahrer suchten mind. 15 min. Die rezeption war nicht besetzt, obwohl wir unsere Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt hatten. Den zimmerschlüssel bekam ich dann durch telefonische Navigation , musste ich dann aus einem Abstellraum der von der Straße zugänglich war rausholen . Dort war alles so unordentlich, so dass ich zweifelte mich vor dem richtigen Haus zu befinden.
