stairs, but as member off staff said the walk up was worthy of the view, had job with hot water using either shower or bath, could not get it right. mattress was a bit hard, could feel springs when getting in or out of bed. curtains were a bit hard to shut[they needed to be shut at night because of the lighting opposite at rhyl event arena].
location, view from window, size of room, four poster bed, except for mattress, plenty of storage, iron and ironing board,t v in room, free breakfasts, the toast maker in dining room, and the only 1 member of staff who was very helpful during time of stay, also cheeky seagull that came for something to eat at our window. this is only our 2nd ever stay in a hotel and first in a hotel in rhyl,we always stay in caravan on sunnyvale camp rhyl and have done so last 20 years
