Nothing The room was dirty, smelly and it had no double glazing. I had no heating for one night, as well as no warm water. I had no internet in my room. I had to ask several times for having a breakfast (which it was supposed to be included)

Nothing Just don't stay here. It is filthy dirty, the shower had so much mould in it we couldn't use it. The area around the toilet smelt of urine. The room hadn't been swept for I don't know how long. I found a dirty towel stuffed down the side of my bed. All the surfaces were sticky and dirty. The hallways needed cleaning and smelt. I think it is probably used to house homeless families as there was a selection of instant foods avialable at reception and various punitive signs around the place (They were not able to provide us with breakfast which was part of the booking). Unfortunately we had a room next door to a family with a severely disabled child by the sounds of it who cried or made shrieking noises all through the night.

The hotel was terrible! First of all, I had arrived late in the evening and there were no reception staff available. I had to wait around 15 minutes until someone came. Moreover, the police and ambulance were there as there had apparently been a fight in the hotel and someone had been injured. The room was disgusting and dirty, there were no toiletries, and I had to wait almost 30 minutes until being provided with some soap and shower gel. The room was cold, and there was no heating. There were cigarette butts under the bed and rubbish everywhere. The staff did not seem professional and were not cooperative. I have to say that this hotel was a complete disgrace and disappointment, and have no idea how they remain in buisness.

Not much, beds relatively comfortable (although not clean). Dirty, smelly, neglected and damp in public areas and rooms. No en-suite in room, toilet on other side of hotel and in poor state of cleanliness. Room not hoovered after previous guest, hair all over floor.

The family room heating stopped working on the night and never came back on even though it was -2deg outside. Windows opened fully without any child locks on the third floor. Room had not been very well cleaned, eg dirty glasses, broken kettle, blown bulbs, broken telephone in drawer. Old sock on wardrobe, no wifi as advertised. On checking out we could not mention these issues as there was no one on site, reception was closed and a drop box for keys.

Located near to family. We arrived and put our case in the room and headed straight to our daughters for family gathering. We did not see the condition of the room until we returned at 11pm when we found that the room had not been prepared for guests. 1. Carpet not hoovered. 2. Hair around drain of shower tray. 3. Shower curtain mouldy and stained. 4. Evidence of previous guests. a. False eyelash on bedside cabinet. b. Items behind bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. 5. No tea or coffee and sticky, stained cups. 6. Room not refreshed next day. We understood that the receptionist was a temp while the Management were away. We did not complain because we expected the room to be cleaned during the day but when we returned again at 11pm, it had not been touched, we left the next morning (we were booked for 3 nights) and wrote a letter of complaint. To date we have not had the curtesy of a reply.

The pillows on the bed were ok. Mouldy shower alcove, terrible breakfast, dining room was a mess, the room's door didn't lock properly, there was no hot water for coffee, the tv in the room didn't work, the room was very noisy, other guests were obnoxious (not entirely the hotels fault I know) reception was closed and locked when I needed to check out, it was incredibly expensive for what was provided.

It was a room to sleep in. The curtains were broken and falling off, the carpet threadbare, they had not removed the previous occupant's used soap, the room had been sprayed with such noxious antibacterial/room deodoriser that for the first 20 minutes of occupation I had to stand at the open door. The surfaces, including bed were literally soaked in the stuff. Screaming kids woke super early and used passages as their personal kingdom. But best of all there was faeces smeared on the toilet seat. A cold day in hell before I go there again.

The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to Broad Street. 5 minutes in a taxi and voila! 1. Hotel is shabby and nothing like the website suggests 2. 'porter' if you can call him that stinks of body odour and can speak hardly any English 3. Bedroom door looks like someone has tried to kick it in 4. Shower doesn't drain properly and nearly floods the room and is really hard to get it warm. 5. Rubbish in bathroom bin from previous occupant. 6. No hot breakfast 7. Bar was closed 8. Hotel is basically like Faulty Towers and should NEVER be advertised on any of these sites.

the bed linen was spotless and freshly laundered everything the place in filthy from top to bottom the carpets are dirty and threadbare the wallpaper is torn in places and the paintwork is chipped and yellow with age our room was never tidied during our 3 night stay.we had to wash our on tea cups and tumblers and help ourselves to toilet rolls which stacked on a table at the end the hallway the list is endless.to cap the pulic areas were adorned with boxes of mouse poison. as for breakfast a complete joke. in short this is a filthy unkempt dump which is not worthy of being called a hotel
