The bed was comfy and it was very clean. It was too hot. The furniture was tired. The bathroom extractor didn't work and the breakfast was a bit disappointing. |

All the staff were very friendly, and being a family run Hotel were all very aware of family needs and service etc. They were never too busy to assist in any area of advice or help. The ensuite bathroom was a little small for the larger person, but was still adequate |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities and breakfast were good value for money. Brilliant location for watching half marathon! The duvet could have been a more generous size. |

I was very please I was allowed to keep the room until 1 o'clock without further payment. I was having a job interview and it helped me to be presentable in such a hot day. |

The new owners are a breath of fresh air. The service seemed to be poor in the near past. I hope they can spruce up the place. |

Most of the staff where very friendly hotel was very clean, nice touch the mint in the room.I found out I left my nightdress in the room I wonder if you could post it to me.Thank you We did find the receptionist on our arrival a little rude didn't look at us when speaking to us,also he told us our room was the best in the hotel, but we found the shower head holder broken, don't think you should have booked the room out until this was fixed |

Cheap and Cheerful The hotel wa a biy like Fawlty Towers in a quirky way it was nice, the staff had personality, not the usual robots you get in the larger chains |
