Location near the station, and bus stop
Expensive, no bed, no space, wifi very bed. They turn your water off 1 hour before check out time.
Messed up the booking spent 3 hours on the phone
Unfortunately the water in the shower was far from being warm. The problem couldn't be resolved. Despite the nice and clean appartment this would influence my decision of coming back.
Very convenient location, just 5 mins walk to earls court station which is connected to multi lines, in general 15-20 mins away from the sightseeing like Buckingham palace, London eye. Full kitchen facility so we can make our own breakfast
Our hot water supply broke down for twice, and there is no place to store luggage
The basement studio where I have spent three days with my daughter until we were relocated into the different apartment - thank you for it.
Services near-by, ie: underground tube station (Earl's Court) groceries store, restaurants and pubs.
Requested a bed room with two single beds and ended up with a slide out couch to which a thin foam topper available, space for two was minimal. The round glass table unstable. The cupboard was not fixed to the wall (very dangerous). Shower not closed in, after usage, water all over the floor in the bathroom. Normal check in is 15:00 hrs, not knowing our arrival time from Southampton UK, I asked for a possible earlier arrival. Response; a surcharge of 75 pounds to the five day reservation. After all this I certainly will not recommend the City Marque to anyone.
The apartment was cosy and clear. It's a little bit small but you could manage for a few days. Location it's great, only 1 minute walk to Earl's Court Station (tube) and with Bus 74 around the corner, which also works at night. I didn't have any trouble at all with the WI-FI connection.
That's right there's any stove, but the microwave could had an oven option to cook something else.
The wifi was speedy and always worked. The tv. The staff were always friendly.
- showerhead was broken for 2 days. - was given keys to shower upstairs and that shower head was also broken, water was cold. - I did not have a hot shower for 2 weeks. It was warm at certain times of the day but within 30 seconds (literally) it was cold. - the water in the shower goes all through the bathroom. - the lift was broken for a full day. - I thought I was getting a proper bed but it was a fold out couch that took up the space of the whole room and was awfully hard to sleep on. - I wasn't able to smoke in the personal outdoor area.

we never saw any service person in the apartment for the 5 days. the phone call could not made in the room it is not good for us. the lift can not be used when we check out, so we have ot carry our all luggagen from the four floor down. the last day its no hot water. 没有服务人员的酒店哪怕有再好的电子产品，很多人还是无法接受的。特别是没有热水，电梯故障等等问题，即便- 你打通他们的电话，也不可能得到及时的解决。
-Table top was loose. -Bathroom door was jambing on the floor, could not close door. -Toilet seat loose. - Shower head needs cleaning, spraying water in all directions. - One bathroom lamp not working. - One hinge in vanity door requires screws.

The location was perfect. Next to two underground stations and also to supermarkets and pubs. Beautifully decorated bedroom. Very nice neighborhood. Wonderful to make us feel at home.
The sofa bed was not comfortable enough. The bedroom sleeps two people according to information given, but for only one it was already not that comfortable. Bed was too soft in one-person sleeping position. Besides that, as a sofa it was too short.
The position was good for travelling around London and the Sainsbury's virtually on the doorstep made life easy for self catering.
We did not get the apartment we booked and when we phoned to enquire we were told all the apartments were the same, We happened to discuss this with the cleaning staff who felt ours was the smallest units and there were several apartments like the one we thought we were going to be in. I prefer honesty in business and will not use this company again. we travel to the UK most years for several weeks and fortunately rarely have this type of experience. The internet connection was faulty and we had to make alternative arrangements. There were a few other minor problems which we mentioned but these were not attended to satisfactorily.
The location was perfect for us. The apartment was clean and with good space (a lovely deck).
Extremely limited hot water at any time of day. The wifi was intermittent and the cupboard fell down. We picked up the cupboard and the wifi was sorted but the hot water issue was not r resolved.
Excellent location, big and clean apartment, modern key system, smart tv with internet, facilities in the apartment.

Location was the best thing very close to shops/resturants and underground.
We knew we were expecting something small but it was tiny. The sofa bed was so small 2 pillows didnt fit side by side and was the most uncomfy sleep ever. Air con decided to turn itself to 28 during the night. Wifi would only allow 1 device at a time to be connected if you are lucky. Shower did not have enough hot water to get 1 person through a full shower. And cause of the size bathroom floor ended up very soaked.
I especially liked the location and the fact that our apartment had a terrace. It was really nice to be able to eat breakfast outside. The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom modern and clean. Staff was really responsive and helpful.
Arrived and room not serviced! ie bed linen not changed and room not cleaned. Sofa bed at floor level - not informed of this and no reason not to have proper height sofa bed. Hot water system did not work on 3 out of 6 day stay. Told to wait until 11am or later for repairs. This is not satisfactory for self serviced apartments. Maintenance needs to be 24/7 as they are saving in every possible way.
bed was comfortable but too low to the ground
- couldn't get at the keys - keys didn't work 2 days out of 6 and 1 day we had to sit on the stairs for 1 1/2 hrs before anyone came to our aid - fire alarm bells went off 2 days in a row and the maintenance people just shut the noise down - basement apartment with only elevator access - downgraded from what we had booked after we had booked - no hot water for the whole time we were there (6 days) - bathroom sink not usable - under a glass shelf that didn't give you access to even brush your teeth - no lip in the shower to drain water which was all over the floor after a cold shower so you couldn't take any of your clothing in there with you - basement smelled like sewer - day of leaving, at 9 p.m., no lights and they expected my daughter and me to fix them - had to get angry before they would send the maintenance man to fix it - they did offer a small refund (200 BPL) which we accepted just go get out of there! We really are thinking it should be a matter of suing City Marque for all the problems and inconvenience they caused us - it was not a good start for our visit to the U.K., leaving a bad taste in our mouth..

I was traveling with my dad who is wheelchair bound and on booking.com's website their was no mention that the beds are sofa beds which was impossible for us. Fortunately City Marque did come to the party and accommodated us in one if their other properties at no extra cost. Thank you City Marque

Location. Underground is so close. Сozy rooms, convenient kitchen. There are many shops.
There is no hot water!! You should write aggressively in support to correct it. Write them in advance! Didn't clean the apartments and didn't change the towels and bed linen. There is no receptions. Good luck you!
