close to work
insulation required in walls unless you like hearing people snore all night long.
Very close to Olympia, quiet area
The reception is 24 hours, and pleasantly staffed. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was newly refitted. The tv worked. The beverage supplies were generous. Wi-fi was available if required. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from a tube station.
The mattress was too firm. The room was very small, and I was alone in a double! Because it is in an urban area, there was the inevitable traffic and siren noise. Not the fault of the hotel, but some guests were noisy returning at one a.m. The toilet cistern was noisy on refill.
Location is the only aspect with this hotel and although they claim to be three star . Rooms and corridors are so tight it's even hard to breath. Room doesn't have basics like refrigerator and we had to buy water every three hours . No breakfast option which makes it even worse. I would stay in such accommodation if am on Everest and not in middle of london. Highly disappointing and not recommended for families
nice and wramy. very closed to the undergroud. quite place.
There is no realy wi-fi connection. The internet connction is in level that fit third world (100-150kb) standards, but definitely not the great britain standards. also, the internet dissconect automaticly evry five minutes. room are very very small. no fridge in room.
Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Good location.
The room is too small for 4. The shower is really small also, and there were some water leak in the bathroom.
Very impressed with efficiency of the lady I spoke to from Booking.com on Friday morning, to help me book West Kensington.
Hyggelig personale/ friendly staff!
Ingen mulighet for frokost/ no breakfast at the hotel.
Close to tube West Ken that was good for my purpose but otherwise I would not get a hotel on the district line
I got a three person room and used the extra bed for my cases. There was a closet but I could not see how 3 people could use that room? I had to walk sideways around the beds (lack of space) and there was dirt under the bed probably hard to vacuum due to lack of space. WIFI poor but shower ok small but ok. Use as a budget option only.
The rooms (especially the single rooms) are small, but clean and the location is great. The West Kensington tube station is only a short, 5-10 minute walk away. Great for exploring London.
There is free Wi-fi, but it can be painfully slow sometimes.
Nice quiet location. Short walk to District line tube station and only 10 minute walk to Hammersmith.
Room was TINY, could barely fit our luggage in with us. Wifi was hopeless.
Rooms are clean, especially bathroom. Close to underground station.
Poor WiFi, on and off ans will cut you off in an hour, have to reconnect all the time.
Liked the clean room
The room was a bit small. There were Spanish students who stayed up partying till 3 in the morning 3 out of 4 nights I stayed there. Never again!
The space and size of the room was awful, u could barely swing a rat let alone cat! The beds were not even proper beds they were more like tall camp beds and the hotel was more like a youth hostel. We paid £152 for a night! Terrible!
efficiency setting in single room, very comfortable for solo traveller.
unstable internet, always disconnect spontaneously. 3G connection is also poor.
Straight forward rooms clean and tidy
Expensive with no food option
Location was nice, hotel was pretty clean
Room was incredibly hot and uncomfortable for the majority of the day. Beds not comfortable
Friendly welcome Location
Bed sheets were torn Shower sink blocked TV cable connection poor Towels seriously too small in size
Staff helpful and friendly. Close to tube station. Room clean and tidy.
Price was right! Desk staff was courteous & offered to haul my bags up to the third floor because the elevator was broken. Room was spotlessly clean.
Elevator was broken Wifi was nearly non-existent I arrived in the rainy dark, and it took me a few moments to realize that the entrance was around the corner. At the actual street address, everything looked dark and closed...
Very loud. Was placed on ground floor. Hotel clientele is mostly groups of back packers. Not ideal if you are working and intent on an early night.
Extremely convenient for overnight stay after visiting the Royal Albert Hall. Spotlessly clean
Room was very small but adequate for overnight stay.
Value for money was excellent but I've since noted I got much less than half the normal price. Reception staff were especially good
I cannot remember anything i didn't like now, except i was annoyed to find there was no bath mat.
The location is very convenient. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Very small space, though it's normal I guess for London hotels. The room was a bit dirty and smelly.
