cleanliness and friendliness of hotel staff
Wifi impossibly slow. Room v small
Price - for London you can't expect much more. Clean. Staff were friendly. It's on a pleasant street in Kensington.
Did have some late and very noisy guests on same floor.
Good shower comfortable bed
-Free Wi Fi connection is really bad , you need to login each time you wanna browse the internet and there were issues connecting laptops to the network.Only mobile devices could connect properly but they were really slow.In my opinion , you should not give this internet at all because it is really annoying to use it.And i think you are aware of this just because you know people who need it really bad will pay for faster connection. For me that's unprofessional way to work with your customers. And i need to mention , i only used internet to check emails and messages on Facebook.I did not use streaming and downloading services at all. -Rooms appear bigger on the pictures than in reality (not really big issue but rooms does lack some space) -No power adapters available for foreign people , you need to buy them on reception for 5 pounds. It is not much but still it should be included in price (at least one per room would be nice )
-Beds were comfortable -Water boiler is provided in the room -Free instant coffee and tea each morning (with whole milk packages and sugar) -Clean sheets and towels and good room service -No problems with hot water usage for showering
Wifi was a little unreliable
Close proximity to public transportation
wi fi a bit hit and miss. No car park, but plenty of local on street parking
Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Very pleasant and helpful staff. clean and comfortable room.
Only one pillow.
Very quiet. Within walking distance of olympia exhibition arena and train station.
was close to tube and local sainbury just two mins away.
There is no off road parking any where around the hotel even though a car park near by is advertised.
Room clean. Staff helpful and polite

It was new years eve, we decided to stay in London, so we booked this twin room. its a really small room, narrow beds, curtains didn't block the sun in the morning, sink in the bathroom is too small, shower is extremely small to have a shower in. beds were clean, the room was ready heated. These were the only two things that were good. The bed was not comfortable, the hotel was smelly, it was very bad. Apart from that, the walls were so thin, you could hear everything that's going on in surrounded rooms. The place is full of teenagers, so i guess you should know what to expect.
Radiator wasn't working, but we requested extra duvets and we had a comfortable nights sleep.
Closeness to Olympia, clean room, friendly staff. We would stay here again.
Location and cleanliness of the rooms
Unable to use shower as it flooded due to poor drainage, unable to close window in shower room,no heating. Would have liked extra pillows as the one per person supplied were rather flat.
Staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy. Had till 11.30am to check out Bath towels fresh and soft
Carpets throughout hotel both room and on stairs very dirty/worn. Mattress of bed needing replacing. Kettle cannot be fitted under tap in bathroom to fill. A maid on duty on other days than the Romanian girl, did not even wash mugs or tidy towels. Very intermittent Wi-Fi and I was hacked so not safe either.
Location good and I would like to praise the extremely friendly and helpful Romanian room maid.
A little bit expensive for a classic room
Not too far from the tube station.
Wi-fi not working in the room
Location was perfect
No breakfast included and room is very small
Clean, quiet, location.
The bed mattress was horible the tv too small to see much no power sockets next to bed
Not much to like, the price was ok (130 gbp for 2 nights)
Small bedroom Small bathroom
Location Staff Cleanliness
Lack of curtain in room. Room was quite hot
The willingness to help from staff members
Very narrow tapering bathroom in apex of roof and a flickering light bulb.
