Su hubicacion, en realidad esta muy cerca de todas las atracciones turisticas de londres y es muy facil desplasarse desde ahi

El precio, creo ke es un poco caro, ademas te cobran x cualquier servicio, la tv solo cuenta con 5 canales y para abrir mas canales tiene un costo extra, asi mismo el wifi

La posicion al ladito de high street kensington

La primera noche nos pusieron en una twin en el primer piso de fumadores teniamos un motor fuera de nuestra ventana que no nos dejo dormir en toda la noche... Muchisimo ruido a traves de las paredes tambien y olor a tabaco al dia siguiente nos cambiaron al sexto piso a una executive msa grande mas limpia sin el motor pero con connecting rooms que oiamos todo.

Las habitaciones pequeñas y viejas.nos dieron una muy oscura , ,que daba a un tejado.

The basic rooms given to us after we booked through your reservation were too small and only after we requested an ungrade were the rooms to our satisfaction. The continental breakfast was too poor especially the fruit given.

The staff are friendly that is the best thing of this hotel

This was once a nice hotel, unfortunately money has not been spent on this hotel and the decor has not aged well, the rooms are very small, the carpet on the stairs is coming away and is a potential trip hazard, the carpet in the corridors is frayed and held together by tape. I think the hotel has a huge cheek asking for £8 a day for using the leisure club where other hotels is included in the price. This was a surprise for my partners birthday, I would not recommend this hotel as a romantic place.

The location was nice, just in kensington high street, close to metro, and buses and small restaurants and shops!

Good location - came out of the high street kensington underground, walk around the corner to the hotel in least 5minute, very strightforward and easy to reach the hotel. The hotel are very high standards in designing and service to settle well as you cant fault it at all.

at front of the hotel, windows is needed to replaced from pretty old one to new pvc, will make a better attractive looks at front! On the arrive, i was waiting for the reception, there is only one person so its need to have an extra staff in the reception, to running and deal with customers more quickly and smooth in process and less waiting time!

Welcoming staff, clean room, quite small but it was a single, great location within a few minutes of the tube. Would stay again.

The location in High Street Kensington is good and the Lions Sports Bar has a bit more 'personality' than many 'lifeless' hotel bars.

Asked for an 'inside room' but got a room on the front and, although it was on the 6th floor, it was quite noisy and disturbing. The bathrooms are a little outdated and the single beds were a bit short (and I'm only 5' 11'').

The shower was good

The menu for the evening meal in the servery was limited and odd. The ambience of the dining area was similar to a scj#hool dining hall. The buffet lunch served as part of a conference was again limited and odd. The conference room was badly sound insulated and we had to listen to lunchers on the other side of the partition during conference presentations.

The Hotel was nice and good value for money (good location for shopping and sightseeing)The rooms were small but very clean.I thought it was wrong to charge extra for the health club facilities.
