Location : very close to underground & easy to walk to. Bed is comfortable.
Shower is super weak, and almost NO hot water (only slightly warm) at all in the first 5 minutes. Rooms lights out of order. Room very old. Blanket not warm enough and not easy to get extra ones.
Nice friendly and helpful staff. Free internet access in lobby. Clean room. Comfy bed. Close to public transport. Very quiet room, no neighbour noise.
The dreary music played during breakfast.
nice bathroom, rooftop room view, breakfast was plenty, elevator
noisy elevator was beside the room, constant air-conditioning noise, reception said this cannot be switched off. Near the metro stop a dirty area
The Hotel was clean
The WiFi was problematic on a number of days. Most of the food (except the cereals at breakfast on the Saturday morning ran out by 08:30 (and breakfast is up to 10:00) and we were merely told it was finished. I will not recommend this hotel.
mr sam receptionist
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Spacious comfortable room. Excellent location
Bathroom needs updating.
the rooms were a nice size in comparison to other london hotels i have stayed in. the rooms were clean, nicely furnished, big TV, the staff were very helpful and very pleasant, the breakfast was very nice. the facilities were very good value for money all round
Bed bathroom comfort and quiet
Small TV for size of room
Got a room for three expecting a sofa bed. Got 3 actual beds. For what the room cost between us an what we got service/room wise it was insanely good value for money. Only mild complaint was the shower which had some issues but as the hand Nozzle worked it had a good enough work around considering we were only there a day. In summation. Good hotel. Good breakfast. Good beds. Acceptable shower.

A tired hotel, not very clean Poor quality breakfast
Nothing. This is creepy place like a small motel on the side of a highway. Charged me 5 STAR rate and hotel is nothing but a bed & breakfast kind.
We came from Saudi Arabia,Riyadh.Location is excellent and very near to underground station.Breakfast was good and surrounding area of the hotel is very clean and good for leasure walk.
Wi fi was difficult to connect.
Clean and spacius continental breakfast included and good
Nice breakfast Friendly staff Good location for station
Paid for wifi.
The size of the room was a pleasant surprise - it was airy and spacious and very quiet, which is hard to get in London for a reasonable price.
The breakfast was disappointing.
We paid extra for another adult in 1 room. When we got in late we found the spare bed had not been made up. We had booked 3 rooms and had to scavenge to find bed linen and make the bed ourselves
very little. The location is in Kensington which is pretty good, not far from Earls Court metro station.
Woman at reception gave the impression of being troubled by our presence, reluctantly provided the bare mininum of courtesy. But the situation would be wonderful if that was all that I had to say about his hotel. The lobby is very misleading, with its flowers and aesthetic exterior because the hotel itself is dirty, decrepit, and dysfunctional. WIFI was down intermittently, and when it did work it was extremely slow and spotty. The bathrooms are disgusting. I'm sure this place gets business by offering a slightly lower rate in the very high-demand city of london, but after this experience I'd rather pay more than return to this dump.
Good location.Spacious room
No TV remote in room TV not able to be worked manually. Bathroom sink blocked ! Room smelled of cigarette smoke, butts behind the sofa.
The location was good and breakfast was nice too.
Hotel was compact with basic facilities available.
The staff and the location
2 prepaid double rooms booked 2 weeks in advance had without notice been changed into a (terrible) family room against a smaller discount. It was take it or leave it. I call it "cynical yield management when it is the worst".
wifi electric socket in bedroom broken and dangerous
location, space in the room
Shower, lack of full breakfast at an early time
The staff were excellent.
Very difficult parking area. Day old bread supplied at breakfast. Reported, but nobody even responded. The lift is tiny and busy.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Not a good continental breakfast No bar in hotel?
General comfort and helpful staff.
Nothing to dislike.
