Room was spacious with king size bed and big TV screen Very clean and quiet hotel Staff was courteous and friendly
Breakfast was poor Internet connection a bit slow
Nice and friendly staff onsite parking good but an added cost
The hotel was in a great quiet location. The room was very well equipped.Lovely big soft towels and minibar, tea, coffee etc.Well furnished.upgraded to family room as no doubles which was a bonus.Receptionist was very helpful.
The breakfast was a little basic but as it was included in the price, can't really mind.We were on the ground floor near the restaurant so got a bit noisy in the early morning.
Spacious room Friendly and polite staff Nice neighbourhood with pubs and restaurants close by Clean rooms excellent location
Hot water was not so hot in the evenings
The hotel is near the underground station and there are many restaurant around the hotel.
The lift is too small. The system of the card which is used to access the door may have problems sometimes.
Location, good breakfast, very clean and quiet place. Very close to underground.
Wifi is poor, not woeking in rooms, only on the ground floor next to receptiob. Taps in bathrooms need to be changed.
We stayed in room 4. We were surprised by the location being so easy to get to and local food areas were brill. We could easily get the Piccadilly Line to Hyde Park for Winter Wonderland in the evening and also Harrods for our afternoon tea the next day. We were pleased that we could keep our luggage in the storage area before we checked in as we arrived earlier than 2pm. And also when we left the next day we were able to make most of our time in London by collecting our luggage later at 6pm before getting the train back. Good location for what we were there for and breakfast was good too.
Really hot shower - no fan so gets very steamed up. We didn't use the wifi - didn't know it was available but it didn't bother us as we were out.
Bed strings in my back need new beds
good Location near underground , clean, Helpfull personel, safe district ,
poor wifi , Noisy breakfast area, very old furniture at room , no lobby. Expensive for that quality.
The hotel is placed really central with Earls Court station 3 min walk away. Direct transport to the airport with Subway. Taxi 55 Pounds to Heatrow Airport. Big rooms with big bed and sofa., good breakfast, a good solution if you want to go shopping in London. A lot of pubs and restaurants around.
They have some issue with there water supply for the showers, when you find the right temperature then it is really limited amount of water coming out. But we could shower every day, just tricky if you have a lot of hair :-)
The staff were friendly and helpful and the location excellent. I travelled with 4 others and we all agree that we will return there again on our next break.
The facilities were only fair, it was more a bed and breakfast than a hotel. As we only wanted a base it was perfect and anything it lacked the staff more than made up for it.
Location and proximity to Earls court station. Attentive staff, helpful and good breakfast service!
Spotty wifi, barebone room with little design.
Very affordable and close to restaurants.
We could not falt this hotel staff were helpful.Breakfast was good value and very clean. We will use this holel again
The staff at the reception is warm and welcoming. The location close to the tube station and many nice places to eat out/have coffee.
The breakfast is very poor for its value. It is better not to book breakfast but to eat out (plenty of places around with nice food and good prices). The room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. The hotel is overpriced. The pillows are uncomfortable. A very basic hotel, which would be OK, if 20-30% cheaper.
For the money, the room could do with updating, but was comfortable all the same. There was some damp on the wall that needs attention. Bathroom was fine. Slept very well, bed comfortable and clean. Overall for what it is (a small hotel) and for money, it's good.
Needs updating, very basic facilities, but it's not trying to be something it's not.
Room (tween) was big, bigger than "London standards" and clean. Location was good, close to the subway hub. Although far from the city centre, due to 3 lines crossing this subway hub, the centre is very easy to be reached. Staff was helpful (the TV remote control did not function but in a few minutes we got it changed.) It is an "easy", non-sofisticated hotel, a bit over-priced for its standards but, most of hotels in London are over-priced for the quality they provide.
Bathroom - it must be renovated. Breakfast service - it takes far too long to refill the empty trays and baskets for the continental breakfast. tables in the dinning room were not always clean, the personal seemed to be overwhelmed
Location good. Breakfast very basic. Bathroom not very clean. (These were the not so bad points)
Do not stay here if you value your sleep (and customer rights). Paid in full. Stayed in room 31 - next to elevator shaft. Reception admitted to fault with elevator next morning when we advised staff we were unable to sleep due to the excess noise from the lift each time it was used. However, only the manager (who was back during the week) could refund our payment. Hazel, the manager, did not return any of our calls for a week. Eventually we emailed her and she has refused to refund us anything - instead she offered us a discounted stay the next time- why would we want to stay here again and pay them more money? Stay away from this hotel.
