The room was big enough, clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was good (even fresh fruit). The hotel looked rather worn-out.

Good location and our hotel room has been recently renovated (the hallways are still to be done) - so everyhing in the room looks much newer and works as you would expect. The continental breakfast buffet was very good and the staff helpful and efficient. The room is a very generous size (for London!) and well equipped. We would stay again as the price / room space / quality and cleanliness of room / breakfast buffet etc we all good. Small lift - but at least it has a lift! Other than the rooms and breakfast room the corridors etc looked a little tired and probably need a refurbish - but still pleasant enough.

Friendly and nice staff. The room was badly cleaned and had a lot of small mallfunctions. Difficult with water in the shower.Difficult to adjust the heat of the water in the shower. Very noicy breakfast room. Relatively small and ol rooms, at least compared to our other hotel in Paris the nights before. Ok hotel but not very recommendable. Serious upgrade is necessary.

It was clean and well presented, the family room was larger than we were expecting, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 small children (aged 7&5). It is well situated, less than 5 mins walk from Earls Court tube station and only a few stops away from the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Olympia. The staff were polite and friendly and there was no problem with us leaving our luggage prior to us checking in and after we had checked out. The beds were rather hard and the shower head sprayed water at the ceiling!

The first room we got had a broken TV , no phone, broken bedside lamp. The manager immediately gave us another equal room. All the rooms of the hotel are the same, and the same as shown on the website, so there are no surprises in what you get. The hotel is really close to the tube, and the area is pleasant. Private parking for the car at 15pounds per night. Staff is pleasant and available. Very good hotel The bathrooms are a bit tiny, but the bedroom is spacious even though it could be a bit renewed

The staff is very friendly, specially breakfast staff. I loved the every morning, the start with a very friendly experience at the breakfast table. The rooms were clean with basic facilities around. Everything worked. Nothing much really. Small elevator and low shower pressure is very common observation in all hotels in that area for same budget.

Attending an exhibition at Olympia, so The Kensington Court is walking distance (approx 8 minutes) or not too far for a cab. It is also handy for Earls Court Road (100 yards) for pubs / restaurants in the evening. Having said that, the road the hotel is situated on is quiet enough that you are not disturbed by traffic noise. Last year stayed in a hotel on Warwick Road where it felt like your bed was in the pit lane in a Grand Prix and got no sleep at all. Room was clean and large enough. Having booked a Twin room was pleased to find 2 king size doubles and a sofa bed. Breakfast was fine and the staff polite and friendly. Will re-book for next year - enough said.

Way exceeded my expectations of a budget hotel in Earls Court. Staff were friendly, helpful, polite. Room was good size and very clean. Bed was getting a little tired. Breakfast simple but good. Parking was very convenient. Mattress could do with being renewed but I've slept on far worse

Good location. Spacios room on the 4th floor. Quiet though within easy reach of bustling Earls Court Road Although staff were friendly enough they didn't go out of their way to be friendlier. Didn't have enough supplies in to cover breakfast - if you arrived later you missed out.

The hotel itself is fine but they routinely double book the rooms so you may very well be shunted into another hotel which could be a nightmare as we found!! Several months ago we booked two rooms here for last week as we were attending an exhibition at Olympia. On arrival at the hotel we were told there was a problem with the booking system - they had double- booked the room and so offered us rooms in a hotel in Paddington. After arguing strongly for a while we reluctantly gave in as there seemed no option, a refund was refused and it was getting late. So we had one night in Paddington and then had to move back to Kensington for the second night. Staff were not helpful and seemed to treat this situation as routine. Even the taxi driver admitted he often ferried people between hotels for similar reasons. So don't think of booking in here - it is not worth the risk!
