Kensington Court Hotel (Earls Court)    

Was upgraded from a twin to a family room, even better.

Music at breakfast was too loud. Rock music not appreciated so early in the day.

I would like to mention that I had received a wonderful hospitality service from Ms. Roseline and satisfied 100% with her service!!

Clean basic hotel in a very good central location. Very good value for money. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Room was a bit hot

Flexible with parking, we arrived very late and because they were able to, they allowed us to stay in the car park for a couple of hours extra.

Lovely rooms, very large and nicely decorated.

The stuff was very friendly and professional.

We found someone else`s pijamas at the back of our bed( I was looking for the phone plug) so they gave us another room. At the second attempt we realised that the bathroom radiator had a major leak so they moved us again. This time it was fine. I would not reccomend the rooms on the fifth floor! The stuff although was very friendly and professional. In the morning they offered us a full english breakfast free of charge. The hotel definetely needs renovation. Location is great!

Myself and son put in triple bed room. Staff responded to report of lack of hot water.

Lack of hot water for one day. Faulty electric sockets. I hope they have been put right.

I basically had a pleasant stay in general.the staff were pleasant and helpful

The shower, the pressure was very low and water was luke warm, on a freezing day after a long flight.

The shower had no pressure & was very difficult to regulate the temperature. the bed was 2 singles put together & you could feel the middle the door lock was temperamental & took several attempts & staff attendance to open.

We had a great weekend at the hotel great location and would use it again.

Booked the hotel and was dubious as it was not type of hotel would normally book in london. When arrived the reception was very helpful, allowing car to be parked in car park prior to booking in, helpful throughout the stay and would recommend and stay again

Bathroom. The breakfast looked promising but the croissants were stale.

Booked because of the 75% discount, I was expecting a exceptional stay for the £250 price tag for a single night. The stay was not worth even the £70 I paid for it, with the Premier Inn I stayed in the night before having better beds, sheets, room size and general size and quality of Hotel. If asked to put a price that I would have felt happy paying it would be maybe £30, and that is only because of the bathroom -which was pleasantly fitted. I booked the hotel to take my partner somewhere really nice -thinking that at the usual cost of £250 it would have to be a very good place indeed. There is no way of earth the Hotel could justify a £250 price tag, and I have the feeling that the "75%" discount is a scam to attract interest in a sub- standard, dingy hotel that was less attractive than the surrounding shops, let alone the houses.

Sensitive and helpful stuff. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast.

Hotel heating system requires improvement. Radiators not work properly also it is a bit hard to regulate good temperature to have a bath.

The hotel advertises free Internet which was why I chose it plus its proximity to earls ct tube station. On the 4th floor it does not and it would seem has not worked for some time. I asked for a quiet room & was given a room next to the noisy lift. I had 2 days/ nights of discussions about moving room/ hotel which came to nought - not all hotel staffs fault but in reality no one really cared.

Estaba muy limpio. El staff muy atento. El desayuno un poco justo. Wifi las 24h horas gratis. Parking disponible. Muy cerca del metro, zona 1. Area con mucho ambiente. Muchos restaurantes. Ideal para una escapada.

We were put into room 31 located immediately adjacent to the lift which was extremely noisy and kept us awake throughout the night. The room was cold, the bathroom was even colder, the shower was cold and the bathroom lights did not work ! The breakfast was limited in choice and we did'nt dare ask for a cooked meal due to the abrupt manner of the waiting staff.... We overheard another couple being told that if they wanted cooked food 'you have to pay more ! ' .... We were able to laugh our vist off as apart from the hotel accommodation we had a fabulous weekend ..... Would we choose to stay at this hotel again ..... Not on your Nelly !!!!!

- Breakfast (continental) was good. - Beds were comfortable.

- Didn't have hot water in the shower...took ages to get luke warm. - Receptionist is HORRIFIC at customer service! - needs more training or needs sacking! - Bathroom was moldy. - Our rooms were not ready on time (check in was supposed to be at 14h00)... 5 of us has to get ready in 1 room as we had a show booked (no offer of compensation was given).
