Kensington Court Hotel (Earls Court)  

friendly staff, comfortable rooms...I stayed in this hotel with my family, all of us like this hotel except the room was too close to the lift...but everything was valuable and we get kind a big room, compare to other hotels in London...

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Check in was quick with no fuss

Good location and our hotel room has been recently renovated (the hallways are still to be done) - so everyhing in the room looks much newer and works as you would expect. The continental breakfast buffet was very good and the staff helpful and efficient. The room is a very generous size (for London!) and well equipped. We would stay again as the price / room space / quality and cleanliness of room / breakfast buffet etc we all good.

Small lift - but at least it has a lift! Other than the rooms and breakfast room the corridors etc looked a little tired and probably need a refurbish - but still pleasant enough.

It was clean and well presented, the family room was larger than we were expecting, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 small children (aged 7&5). It is well situated, less than 5 mins walk from Earls Court tube station and only a few stops away from the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Olympia. The staff were polite and friendly and there was no problem with us leaving our luggage prior to us checking in and after we had checked out.

The beds were rather hard and the shower head sprayed water at the ceiling!

Good location, kind staff, I recommend you this hotel.

Compared with other hotel which is 3 star around Earls Court, this hotel is little bit expencive.

Much better than all our expectation, even better than the four star hotel nearby we stayed b4, high recommonded..

The first room we got had a broken TV , no phone, broken bedside lamp. The manager immediately gave us another equal room. All the rooms of the hotel are the same, and the same as shown on the website, so there are no surprises in what you get. The hotel is really close to the tube, and the area is pleasant. Private parking for the car at 15pounds per night. Staff is pleasant and available. Very good hotel

The bathrooms are a bit tiny, but the bedroom is spacious even though it could be a bit renewed

It was reasonably priced - close to a tube station, onsite parking and free WiFi internet access

Room was next to lift which was noisey

clean friendly good car park facilities, good breakfast.

the noisiness of the breakfast room with everyone scraping their chairs over a tiled floor . Perhaps you should consider putting rubber bungs on the bottom of each chair ?

Convenience to station and conference centre and restaurants.

Dirty curtains. Carpets never vacuumed once while I was there (6 days, 5 nights).

Excellent value for money, really spacious room, great location, friendly staff.

The location is a good one, the underground is a five-minute walk. The hotel itself is rather comfortable and cosy with the helpful staff and good services. The continental breakfast was just enough for us.

The only minuses were: the water head was not enough (if any) and the lack of adaptors (still we got one on our second day of staying).
