friendly staff, comfortable rooms...I stayed in this hotel with my family, all of us like this hotel except the room was too close to the lift...but everything was valuable and we get kind a big room, compare to other hotels in London...

The room was big enough, clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was good (even fresh fruit). The hotel looked rather worn-out.

Good location and our hotel room has been recently renovated (the hallways are still to be done) - so everyhing in the room looks much newer and works as you would expect. The continental breakfast buffet was very good and the staff helpful and efficient. The room is a very generous size (for London!) and well equipped. We would stay again as the price / room space / quality and cleanliness of room / breakfast buffet etc we all good. Small lift - but at least it has a lift! Other than the rooms and breakfast room the corridors etc looked a little tired and probably need a refurbish - but still pleasant enough.

Friendly and nice staff. The room was badly cleaned and had a lot of small mallfunctions. Difficult with water in the shower.Difficult to adjust the heat of the water in the shower. Very noicy breakfast room. Relatively small and ol rooms, at least compared to our other hotel in Paris the nights before. Ok hotel but not very recommendable. Serious upgrade is necessary.

It was clean and well presented, the family room was larger than we were expecting, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 small children (aged 7&5). It is well situated, less than 5 mins walk from Earls Court tube station and only a few stops away from the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Olympia. The staff were polite and friendly and there was no problem with us leaving our luggage prior to us checking in and after we had checked out. The beds were rather hard and the shower head sprayed water at the ceiling!

The first room we got had a broken TV , no phone, broken bedside lamp. The manager immediately gave us another equal room. All the rooms of the hotel are the same, and the same as shown on the website, so there are no surprises in what you get. The hotel is really close to the tube, and the area is pleasant. Private parking for the car at 15pounds per night. Staff is pleasant and available. Very good hotel The bathrooms are a bit tiny, but the bedroom is spacious even though it could be a bit renewed

clean friendly good car park facilities, good breakfast. the noisiness of the breakfast room with everyone scraping their chairs over a tiled floor . Perhaps you should consider putting rubber bungs on the bottom of each chair ?

Within walking distance to Earls Courts Tube and with shops close-by. Quiet environment and very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get help from staff. Lift is a bit small but function properly. Breakfast spread is OK but need to change variety daily so that if a customer stays the week, there are more choices. I gave up on the fourth day and had breakfast outside.

We had a triple room for three female colleagues which met our needs. The location for Earl's Court was very good. The cooked breakfast was ordered by two ladies and was for a very poor quality.

The location is a good one, the underground is a five-minute walk. The hotel itself is rather comfortable and cosy with the helpful staff and good services. The continental breakfast was just enough for us. The only minuses were: the water head was not enough (if any) and the lack of adaptors (still we got one on our second day of staying).

Location, good price. Free wireless. The day receptionist was not friendly at all, very dry and limit to be unpolite. The brakfast is ok but very basic, not really as it was described.
