Score from 2260 reviews Very good
The staff were excellent.
Very difficult parking area. Day old bread supplied at breakfast. Reported, but nobody even responded. The lift is tiny and busy.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Not a good continental breakfast No bar in hotel?
General comfort and helpful staff.
Nothing to dislike.
Opening windows in the room Room was a good size
Wifi was difficult to obtain
no air con room too hot
the breakfast could have been better
Location - Convenience
Room is a little small. Wifi-signal isn't that strong throughout the property.
the room was spacy
MY room was on the 5th floor just under the lift room, it was too noisey
The staff were very helpful, brekfast was okay, the room was pleasant enough, on the first night we had an air conditioned room on the ground floor. The rooms were really quiet which was wonderful.
We spent 3 nights in a room without con on the 3rd floor, its was unbearably warm, the overhead shower didnt work it just spewed out boiling water, there was a hand held shower which had as much force as a bee with wind.
Most things was ok.
Wifi did not working
Room was too warm, no aircon, minibar with no beer.
No air con in rooms
The only good thing was the position - close to city center
We've asked and been confirmed for early check in and late check out needed due to our flights , but even it was confirmed couldn't be able to get it. Reception is very picky on what concerns their own business and security but not to fulfill the guests needs
The location was close to Earls Court Underground. The receptionists were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was basic, but adequete. However, should you wish to have a full-English cooked breakfast, it only costs £2.5.
The connection of wi-fi was very poor. We stayed in a quadraple room on the 1st night in the basement. It was very small. The curtain & carpet was worn out. The bathroom was clean, but the basin was blocked. The tap for the shower was stuck & we needed the male receptionist to force it on. We were moved to a triple room on 1st floor in our 2nd night, and the condition of the bathroom was slightly improved. The wi-fi connection was still very poor. We heard a few guests complaining about the water taps & the shower during our stay. So however helpful the receptionists are, they are simply fighting an uphill battle that the fittings in this hotel simply need an uplift or replacement.
The friendliest staff ever. Always communicated every step of the way and extremely helpful. Thank you
Terrible, not well thought out. Staff not helpful. Car park boom does not enable you to walk out of car park and I had to crawl underneath with baby stroller and suitcases! Once under I was greeted with steep stairs to get to foyer and NO RAMP. Constant work and repairs being done in and around foyer obstructing thoroughfare to lift. Workman looked at me with my baby, buggy and huge suitcase and said, oh do you need to use the lift?! No I will take the stairs! Sure! Constant hold up to use the lift. Lift so tiny I could not fit my child, buggy and suitcase in and had to do several trips on arrival and departure. Lift failed to come for 10 minutes one time and I has to leave my baby there and run down four flights of stairs to ask what was going on and the staff member came up and looked at my baby chair then left without offering assistance then when I got angry suggested I check into the Hilton!! Unbelievable! The last day I had to leave my baby in the car whilst I took a second trip to relay my suitcase down at which time the electronic key failed leaving me having to visit the reception twice and the staff were very unhelpful and unconcerned when I told them I had to leave my baby and could they please help. Never again.
Staff were fabulous--personable and exceptionally helpful. Second room was comfortable. Window opens wide onto quiet tiny parking lot with a big tree, birds singing. Surprisingly quiet.
First night in a room that was grim, only partly painted, hot and stuffy (no a.c.), patchy walls, smelled of stale cigarette smoke.
Lift was dirty at all times !!, shower taps get locked and only hot water. then they don't close so the water is constantly running until someone comes with tools to close the taps. No pressure in the water ..... etc just a really bad experience all round.
Breakfast selection was good.
Check-in greeting was lacking in welcome and rude. No hot water on two occasions in the evenings.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would stay here again. A good option for staying in London.
Elevator was a bit small, but did the trick.
The wifi rarely worked.
The sfaff were welcoming & very helpful making for an enjoyable stay, the facilities similar to Holiday & Premier Inns.
The lift appears a bit dated & the WiFi intermittent.
A decent price for the area. Staff were attentive and polite. Great location for any wanting to travel London.
Rooms are nice but hotel itself is a little basic.
Reception staff very helpful.
Breakfast rolls and pastries seemed a little stale, but the inclusive continental breakfast was a bonus.
Very friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast selection and very clean breakfast room. Beds very comfy.
Room was a little tied and in need of some maintenance. But otherwise very comfortable.
