Room size was excellent with high floor to ceiling. Heating of the room was good. The location of the hotel is excellent/near by tube station. Breakfast was reasonable for the price that was piad for. Friendly staff. The corridor carpets / upstairs didn`t smell right. No slippers for bathroom wear. |

Friendly staff and a very smart, attractive reception area. With some nice big and colourful fish swimming around in a large tank, it felt ultra modern as I arrived through the doors. The staff were extremely helpful in directing me to the venue I was attending later that evening. Once you left reception, the lift was slightly shabby, the carpets needed to have a face lift and the room was like walking in to a small cupboard - very little space to move around. Had a window on to the main street and it was noisey through the amount of traffic. However for what I needed, a room for the night, it was fine. |

Everything was clean and pleasant. Wish we had more time to enjoy the bar and lounge plus the near by restaurants. We unfortunately looked out onto a brick wall but i suppose in London this is innevitable. |

Convenient and functional hotel for access to the City at a reasonable cost. Road noise and a rather basic continental breakfast. No meat, cheese, ham or boiled eggs. |

only the location I am 5-10 tall, 170 pounds and I did not fit in the shower. Anyone who is "wider" or taller will have to squeeze to get in. Very small bathroom. Terrible view. Poor service. Too much money for the room. And I travel extensively to qualify this opinion. |

Good location. Price is excessive given the level of services / the quality of the rooms and the quality of the breakfast, which is extremely low. |

The hotel room was clean and quiet, in a good location for the Royal Albert Hall (the main reason for our stay). Also only a short walk to the nearest tube station. |

Good location with lots of restaurants in the area. Modern and stylish interior. The room size was OK and the beds were great! Bathroom was extremly small and the safe was broken. The staff in the breakfastroom were not very friendly. |

It wasn given to me and my wife a very small, and cold room, the window let the air (cold) pass, the staff was rude, I had to ask for a small heater for the room, the only thing good was the bed, the left your lugage service, and the location of the hotel... Location... |

I have stayed at the hotel several times, because of its location and convenience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And hotel provides free newspapers and magazines, plus wireless internet connection in lounge. The rooms are very basic; strictly no frills. When I first started going to the hotel, toiletries provided were upscale, Molton Brown. Now they're some cheap unknown brand that I wouldn't think of using. And drinking glasses provided are plastic; only one trash can in room (bathroom). |

Nice size room. 207, a good choice, despite the bathroom being tiny, but perfectly servicable and always clean towels. The breakfast was hit and miss depending on who was supervising. If the boss was there then it was good, otherwise all the girls (there were plenty of them) just gossiped and didn't bother to clear tables or put out more food. |

The staff was really unfriendly-need to learn how to smile, say hello, please and thank you. To be reminded that we are customers, and not to shout us down when we just inform them that the safe doesn't work! The lights are on non stop in corridors so really hot and not very "green conscious". Breakfast in the basement terrible. Room with view of a wall.Would certainly not come again. |

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the breakfast. website stated that access to nearby swimming pool was included - this arrangement no longer applies so I was very annoyed about this. The room was nice and clean though very small and sported a small portable tv... not good value for the price paid. |

The hotel is quite central for sightseeing near Gloucester tube and the breakfast was ok as was the rate we paid for the Hotel. It was quite a clean hotel too. The bathroom was tiny, it was a squeeze getting a shower or using the toilet it was no larger than a big cupboard. |
