This hotel is in a great location. A new bar opened next door that was 1st class and very inviting. The continental breakfast was better than expected. The room was very small. Not even enough room for a chair. We stayed one night, so who cares. Never got hot water from the shower, but friends in another room had no problem.

Hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was near to the tube station which was good. I booked a single room and it was extremely small, not even room for a chair. When you sat on the toilet in the bathroom the basin was almost on your lap.

Everything was lovely. The only thing was when I booked I said it was for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary as they had stayed on cromwell road for their honeymoon. booking agent said they would put a note in booking. I was expecting at least a complimentary bottle of wine

I was in London for a seminar and the location was perfect: it is near the Tube stop and the bus stop is a block away. Also it has a supermarket across the street. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and everything in working order. My room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. However, I arrived late at night to shower and go to sleep, and since I was traveling solo I did not mind. I am certain that an overweight person would have great difficulty in using the bathroom. Also, the breakfast is quite poor and not well presented. And the wifi internet in the room is very expensive.

Central to area we wanted to be in. Amazingly found on street parking in the same road all weekend after 1.30pm on Saturday. Room was clean. Check in was simple. Room was very basic for a deluxe room. TV didn't work.only I tea bag in the tea making facility. Very noisy from traffic and people talking on pavement outside all through the night.

Very keenly priced hotel and well situated for travelling and sight seeing. A little warm and stuffy in the bedroom - don't think it would be great during hat weather. There are no windows that one can open or look out of in the room. the room was a little "cell-like". Nevertheless, we thought this was an excellent little hotel and would difinitely stay again in future - we only used the room to sleep in as we were out sight seeing all day.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. We booked a triple room, on arrival the third bed was a pull out bed with a mattress about 2 inches thick. When we complained they barely looked up handed us another room key and told us to look at another room. This room was fine but that more or less set the standard for the reception staff for the weekend. Not exactly rude but very not bothered and unhelpful. Breakfast is not great and the bar did not open or whole trip. The night time reception/security man can only be described as rude. Ok going to stop complaining now as to be fair location is good.

Nothing to be honest! Very disappointed. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. The room was filthy as was the communal parts. We decided to go to the bar for happy hour and there was no bar staff waited for 10 minutes then decided to go to another pub. The room smelt of mould as did the communal area.

The room was extremely small, I couldn't wash my face in the sink as the shelf above the sink was too low an the taps protrude into the centre of the sink. The bed was very uncomfortable and the flimsy latch on the patio doors didn't hold the door securely and being on the 1st floor this made me feel unsafe,as a single woman traveller. It was very cold and the noise from outside due to the ill fitting door, made it feel as if I was sleeping in the middle of the road outside.

It was a shame that one of the rooms lacked toiletries which had to be asked for and only 2 tea bags, and the staff were functional not overly friendly. The breakfast was very well presented but could have done with being a bit hotter! In all respects this was a very pleasant stay, excellent value for money and very comfortable. I would consider again in the hope that the service/facilities might have just been a one-off!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel was presented very nicely and the staff helpful. Loved the fish tank in reception. Whenever I made an enquiry or alteration to my booking it was confirmed by email straight away by one of the staff. They were helpful in changing me to a double room to save me having to spend a night in a twin room as originally booked and then 2 more in an economy single! Most importantly room wasn't facing main road so was incredibly quiet which was a real bonus as i normally have to wear earplugs in London hotels! Great sleep! Room was quite small and bathroom in the cupboard under the stairs! As I was travelling alone I found this was ok (economy double) but if travelling as a couple probably better to pay a little more to have a standard double and have more space. Wifi in room very expensive!

Location. Treatment by staff. Sermed like they were making me the favor of seving me, whereas it is usually the customer who does the favor of choosing the hotel. Public areas, particularly sofas, need cleaning.

Would liked to have stayed but you gave my room away! Very poor communicative skills. Tell someone you have given room away despite booking being many weeks before. Also get some staff who can speak English sufficiently well to at least sound sincere when apologising.
