Good atmosphere and very friendly staff.
Asked for a double room and was given a twin. The bathroom was incredibly small.
Location Delicious croissant
Rooms without AC There are stairs on the way from elevator to each rooms No linen changing during our 11 days stay there Very small 14"TV for double bedroom Some holes on the wall because walls are made of some kind of gypsum and there's no door stopper Most of the staffs are not friendly
24 hour reception desk, very friendly staff, room size, value for money, location, lift, overall feel of stay was fantastic, atmosphere was very personal and we will definitely be back!
dark brown-reddish stains in the carpet, no place to put down soap in the bathroom, that's all. Other people here were complaining about the TV size, but it only seems so small because the rooms are so big.
The stuff was good and helpful
There are rats in the hotel rooms and passages and their carpets requires deep cleaning, lastly, fumigation is necessary
Great location, comfortable sleep
Room was dated, dusty with a box tv,shower too small.
Reception staff were very helpful
Rooms not to standard, small, dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Windows not sealing proper/ broken. Start renovation with noise at 8am in rm next door. Shower very small and very high step into
Great location for my requirements.
Room was very hot and stuffy.
Breakfasts good and lift is better than many
I'd do some more comparison shopping before staying there again.
Two single beds pushed together to make a double Small claustrophobic bathroom. No ventilation. No air con. Loud noises from other rooms.
The location was good
The room didn't match the description, the blind was so old that it barely covered the window making the room very bright in the mornings and the safe was broken
Please have a 2nd thought be choosing this hotel. Fair enough it's close to a train station in a sainsbury. They've got a nice ops manager (shyti) who u can ask to speak to incase u r not satisfied.
1. The class of room I reserved wasn't available on arrival. 2. I was made to pay full fare at arrival even though my reservation through booking. Com says pay when u stay. 3. Was checked into a room with bad television and the receptionist lied to me that the remote was bad, only to apologise later. 4. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.
I liked the location which is close to Imperial College London (less than or almost 1 km)
I recommend to provide each room with a small refrigerator especially for these days when the weather is a bit hot.. we need to keep drinks and some food in cold status.
the location is great near to many attractions and supermarkets
there's no fridge of air conditioner in the room
Booked a triple room that we didn't get, was given a single and a double. Had to move from the double because the shower blocked and flooded the bathroom and we were given towels to clean it up ourselves. Moved to a smaller room where I had to share a bed with my friend and the sink had a hole it in. Flooding that bathroom too. Appalling.
Didn't like a single thing about this hotel. In fact i hope they go bankrupt after that horrible service and disgusting room they gave me. It was so bad that i took time to rate them, then something is seriously wrong. Hope no one ever have the same kind of stay at any hotel in the world.
The staff were absolutely lovely, the shower pressure was fabulous and the bed wasn't too bad either...the quality of the tv was brilliant and there was a lot of wardrobe space as well as a kettle and tea making facilities!
The bathroom took on a really horrible smell - it would smell great after it had been cleaned then after using the shower it would start to smell like drains (I can assure you it wasn't us), the room was also really, really hot!
Expensive, bathroom not very clean, rubbish not removed from room.
This is a conveniently located hotel, no frills, comfortable bed.
Noisy room on the front, very small double room, especially if you are a tall person.
Staff were not pleasant, did not explain where anything was, not even the room. very unhelpful
it was near a good thai place and a Sainsbury's.
it took 5 hours for us to find, the windows did not close, the staff lied about the payment options, the shower looked rusty and dirty, the doors were very hard to open and close, very few outlets
The very kind staff was able to switch our room (without us complaining) after the first night to a larger room with a larger bed without any additional cost for us (as the first room did not fit any spare bed) - This allowed us to share the bed with our 3.5 year child and still enjoy our stay in London with restored energy.
Breakfast served at hotel was a bit simple for our taste (but you do not have to go far for good alternatives)
Given a tiny room Television did not work and despite numerous complaints was not resolved Staff did not seem interested Always found quality of rooms booking through these sites very poor. Shower was so small that you could hardly turn around - as was the whole en-suite Will keep with travel lodges next time
The management took the liberty to purchase a new hair dryer due to the fact that my wife cannot stand and blow dry her hair from the wall mounted unit.
Very unluckily got dropped off on the kerb side before arriving at the destination (all because of traffic jam and the driver wants to pick up anther client from the airport for a longer run) and the taxi company was used by the hotel all the time.
The rooms were spacious and airy with modern decore
The bathroom was tired. The reception looked unprofessional and the staff were not particularly efficient.
