We chose Thistle Kensington Gardens because it was in a central location for our 5 year old son's first visit to London. He was amazed when he looked out of the window and saw the London Eye!! We had a fabulous weekend, obviously not having time to see all the sights of London, lots more to see - we will be back!!! |

Great location to the center, parks and underground stations, nice small clean rooms, everything for the live for reasonable price To hire not more professional staff or to develop system of check in and check out. It took us 40 minutes to check in and the same to check out. |

The staff were all very pleasant. When we went to book in, I had booked a triple room for 3 adults and there was not a room available. They gave us another room, which was a double and put a z bed in the room. This was a very small bed and as it was my daughter's 18th birthday celebration, she said my husband could sleep on it. |

Location of hotel, single rooms are quite "spacious" for a room in London and very nicely decorated. Rooms at the back of the hotel are also very quiet which is what I like to get a good night's sleep. The concierge seemed to have just gone away everytime I needed him. |

We got a quiet room overlooking the park. For London, the room had enough space. Good location. A dirty cloth left in the room. Service at breakfast was non existant ( we did not have breakfast after our first morning). |

Great view of Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park. Could see London Eye from room.Very handy for Queensway tube station. Did not get Double & Single bed when triple room was booked.Even though we specified on booking form and hotel had confirmed they had both types available. Got three single beds.Requested two extra pillows .Took two days to get.Nobody on reception rang back.Waited up to 30 mins to get table at breakfast. |

Warm & friendly staff providing impressive service. Very nice rooms and bedding excellent.Cleaned rooms daily. My request for additional bedding was handled well. Excellent October offer for FREE English Breakfast. Centrally located. Shower curtains missing, therefore when taking a shower alot of water went on the floor. |

The room was small and compact but was clean and tidy. The check in was appalling, very slow, staff answering the phone whilst they was checking you in. |

I booked the Executive Double Room which a double king size bed is provided. Its comfortable and clean. The location is convenient, just opposite to Hyde Park and a 3 minute walk to Queensway Station. The receptionist didnt read clearly what type of room I booked when checking in. |

Fine rom, teknisk bra stand, godt utstyrt. Gode senger. Greit bad. Intime og koselig ganger. Bra frokost. Fikk god service når vi ønsket å bytte rom. Frokost gikk tregt, virket som personalet hadde litt for mye å gjøre. Heisen var veldig treg, burde byttes med en nyere. |

Hotellet lå sentralt til, rett ved siden av Hyde Park. Badet hadde en ok standard. Det luktet røyk i gangene, enda til det sto at det var en røylfri etasje. Det var et 3-mannsrom, men for trangt til tre personer med bagasje. |

Ok værelser. Deres system havde lavet en fejl, og der var derfor blevet trukket nogle penge fra vores kort, som vi ikke skulle betale. Det tog rigtig lang tid før dette blev løst, og vi skulle forklare problemet til flere forskellige ansatte. Ansæt nogle bedre og mere servicemindet receptionister |
