Very little. Breakfast was ok a large number of elderly guests (residents?)indulging in karaoke until 2330. Noise permeated the hotel preventing sleep. No prior warning of this. At breakfast it was apparent that they regarded the place as theirs and we were not allowed to sit in many places as the tables were apparently reserved for residents - no marking on the tables. Fire precautions were poor with no emergency lighting visible, signage missing and escape routes inadequately marked. Decorations throughout the hotel were in poor condition and amateurishly done. |

we asked for twin beds and got a double and a childs which did not suit us at all. the breakfaqst was cold and very sparse we were very disapointed and would not use your hotel or recommend it to anyone. |

Overall plesant stay - clean and comfortable. Great location - fantastic views of the seafront from the window. Slightly odd room layout - booked a double room and was given a room with a double bed but also a separate single. Also, the toilet and shower were in the bathroom, however the sink was located in the corner of the bedroom. |

The staff were attentive and excellent. Bed very comfortable. Price very competitive. Room 25 was very noisey being almost directly above an extractor fan. |

We were made to feel welcome from the minute we walked into the hotel. The welcome pack in the room was excellent and painted the picture.Food was good and on a wet Autumn night the the bar was welcoming and cheerful.There was a Turkey and Tinsel weekend in the hotel and we were invited to join in the entertainment. This was of a high quality and much appreciated.We had a comfortable nights sleep- the rooms were clean and modern and the bed was comfortable with clean crisp white sheets.Breakfast would suit all tastes, we chose the cooked breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it.We would have no hesitation about staying here again and would recommend the hotel to others. The reviews we read did not do full credit to the hotel where we stayed. |

The hotel and all rooms was extremely clean.Good size family room, comfortable beds, Good staff, well run, good value hotel There was noise from banging pipework whilst the heating came on and the shower was poor. |

it was very quite hotel despite children being there, the breakfast was also very good the shower was very poor you would get more presure from a watering can. i would not call the room a superior double which is what i booked I ve had better rooms in bed and breakfast in the town |
