The rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy. The swimming pool - great.

The food. Very poor.

Okay, designed and set up to accomodate the Conference guests, but a clena and simple Business overnite stop off.

Room was small and very basic Meal time was like going back to school as I had to join the queue for a meal, it was just like a motorway service station!

I would have liked better road signage

There is a lovely swimming pool and big jacuzzi the use of which was free to guests The food looked nice though I didn't book in for a meal

Room prices were good

Breakfast was expensive considering that I paid £10 and had to put my own tray away! There also seemed to be no joined up taxi booking service so everyone booked seperately until we found that others on different courses were also going to the station

Good Liesure facilities, food was Ok.

20 minute wait to book in at 10.30 at night, Rooms that felt like cubicles, Uncomfortable lumpy matress on the bed, You can hear everyone else leaving at entering their rooms. Felt a lot like staying in a students halls of residence.

The rooms were far to small felt claustraphobic.and the tv was far to small.

food was good quality and well cooked. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

TV in room needs updating from CRT to flatscreen and make them bigger.Meal was very good quality but expensive.

Everything was lovely cant fault anything, the staff, food, facilities and comfort was brilliant was our third stay and we always try to book this hotel if there is availability

Great value hotel in a great location. Lovely quiet area but close enough to get to where I wanted to go. Great facilities.

A bit difficult to find, couldn't see signs for the accommodation anywhere.

The look of the restaurant That's it!!

Where do I start... Room was dated and horrible. Tv was tiny and looked like it come back from the 70s , didn't see any staff other than reception. And she was working on her own all night. Not enough sugar in the room. No extra pillows in room. And I'm not being funny but the walk from the room to to reception Jesus!! It's along one. Not to mention a cold one!! Didn't like it at all will not be staying here again

Good Gym

Dinner buffet is dreadful: I had salmon with breadcrumbs which tasted like cardboard: breakfast not much better, "hot" breakfast food was cold. Bed had no top-sheet, just a duvet which looked like it hadn't been cleaned recently: pillows cheap and uncomfortable

Freezing rooms. Lack of heat throughout contributed to me cutting my stay short and moving to another hotel. Also not helped that my first nights meal of curry featured a 2" chicken bone.

It was very much like a college student facility. Food was 'school dinners'
