This is our second stay at Kenwood Hall and we will certainly return. The rooms are large and comfortable and the buffet breakfast is well stocked and well cooked. The views of the lake are beautiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is great value for money and I would strongly recommend it. |

Free internet, excelllent wireless speed. Loaction near the city, Execellent breakfast, friendly staff, good carparking spaces, Hot water and power shower, warm rooms 24 hours a day. Perhaps, increase the selection of the wine, by the glass? |

The hotel is lovely ,great parkland grounds ,with very friendly staff ,excellent breakfast. My only complaint would be the bar prices, they are extortionate !! daylight robery. £8,60 for two single vodka and lemonades !! You could buy a bottle of vodka for that. |

The large room since we had a young child with us. The public areas were very clean and the staff were mostly helpful. The pool and changing areas were excellent. The bed was really comfortable and huge (room 219) bedding fresh. Breakfast was excellent with good choice. Worn carpets in the hallway leading to our room- bathroom let the impression of the hotel down a bit (the sealant was a bit tatty) but if thats all I have to complain about there isn't much wrong here. |

The staff in the lesuire area were friendly and polite (Ben) also the breakfast was fresh and hotvwith good service. This is the second time have visited this hotel and it has gone down hill the cleaning was not good in rooms or pool area and the reception staff not freindly or welcoming |

I liked prompt service, excellent Breakfast, Pool, location of premises.There was a touch of luxury about the fittings and decor. We enjoyed our stay. We considered that our bill for our stay was very good value considering the standard of service. We found the Hotel by sheer accident on the internet looking for hotels with parking in Sheffield. We had difficulty in parking as the car park was full. But eventually we did manage to park. The hotel needs more parking spaces. The bathroom sink in our room was cracked and chipped. Room 447. By the way it is 2 miles from centre, not as stated 1 mile. We had to go to Ponds Forge Sports Centre From the Hotel. |

Nice room good food and good facilities with close free parking room service exellent. room too far from reception and no lift had to carry case down 4 flights of stairs not good for older guests. |

The rooms were dirty. We had to move rooms 3 times due to ladybirds in 1st room an not just a few 2nd room dirty and 3rd room we were up graded after complaining to hotel manager |

We had a large room next to the lake with patio doors opening onto private space, and yet within easy reach of the city centre. Bar closes early and restaurant food limited. Heating to rooms needs complete overhaul. Decoration a bit eighties. |

We liked almost everything about the hotel, the breakfast was extremely good and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We are looking to book this hotel again soon in the near future to visit our daughter at the University and discover the Peak District! |

Have stayed here several times and always get an excellent friendly service from staff and the breakfast never disappoints. Also had a very enjoyable evening meal in the restaurant on Saturday night. |

The grounds and locality We stayed in an annex which was very different from the main hall rooms. I expected 'hall' type rooms, instead it was more Holiday Inn. The same can be said for the breakfast, it was very standard, not what I would expect from a 4* hotel |

The location is perfect for a city trip. Room spacious, friendly staff. Lovely setting. Room looked a little tired decoratively, including the bathroom. TV's outdated and door locking mechanism would not work (so had to move to another room). |

The location and the grounds. Bathroom sink tap was broken, which nearly caused a flood in the bathroom. Had to wash in cold water. Unable to report it at the time as it was late at night. There were no apologies when we did report it on checkout. The toilet was dirty and smelled when we arrived. |

Great location. perfect for city and countryside. Surroundings are beautiful. Peaceful and quiet. Excellent breakfast and spacious rooms. We stayed here 3 years ago. Decoration looking a little dated, mattress not as comfortable and carpet looking a little shabby. |
