The Hotel is well maintained throughout and extremely clean. Our family suite consisted of two large separate bedrooms, the double with a queen sized bed and a twin bed room. There is also a large bathroom with bath and shower. The rooms were very clean with modern decor and furniture and the views were amazing. All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. For breakfast we had Cereals and fruit followed by a full English which was far more than we could all eat but set us up for the journey home very nicely. The hotel is in a great location close to Norwich and the Norfolk Broads.

Small, informal, decent food, near the sea with an excellent view from my room, reasonably well priced. Entrance was a little tired and unwelcoming looking and a directory of local services would have been useful

Very friendly welcome, position of the hotel with regard to the coast and local beauty spots is very good. The food is excellent and the prices are very resonable. Room was very clean and tidy. The only criticism was that the reception area and bar area were a little bit dated and in need of renovation. Bar did not have a TV, however, these are minor issues and would not stop me staying there again.

Margaret the owner was incredibly friendly when she checked us in and offered to look up any tourist destinations on her internet if we couldn't find anything from the leaflets downstairs. We ate at the on site restuarant and the food was amazing, really good value for money and seasonal. The bar is a good place to have a relaxing drink before or after dinner. The cooked breakfast included in the price was so filling I couldn't eat it all. A highlight of the meal was the freshly squeezed orange juice and a big chunk of black pudding.

We were given two rooms that made up our family suite and a bathroom. Both rooms were lovely and spacious and the bathroom had all we needed and was clean and fresh. The double bed in one room was enormous. We were travelling as two adults and a 7 year old and we could have allslept in that bed!! We had a lovely overnight stay and a great breakfast the next day. The location was excellent and I would feel comfortable recommending it. The owners were actually on holiday but the staff they had covering did them proud.

It was convenient for us, we where up there on business, so it was just a stayover for one night. Wouldnt pay those prices other than for one or two nights, stayed in better for less. Not much of a welcome when we first went in, just given a key and shown to room.

Bedroom & shower ensuite was spotless, fresh & comfortable. The best mattress I have had in a hotel for a long time - brilliant.Loved the sea view. The breakfast was superb as was all the food. The bar and dining room looked newly decorated and very tastefully done. Staff helpful and friendly.

I could find no fault with this hotel. We were welcomed warmly by Margaret one of the co-owners and shown to an immaculately clean and comfortable room. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast the next morning wall excellently cooked by Russell the other co-owner and there was plenty of it. A short walk across the car park led to a spectacular view of the beach and sea. This is one hotel I will definitely return to.
