Very good stay good value for money.

Very friendly welcome and staff. Clean room and fresh towels. Food was good and lovely see view room.

Very friendly welcome, position of the hotel with regard to the coast and local beauty spots is very good. The food is excellent and the prices are very resonable. Room was very clean and tidy.

The only criticism was that the reception area and bar area were a little bit dated and in need of renovation. Bar did not have a TV, however, these are minor issues and would not stop me staying there again.

We were given two rooms that made up our family suite and a bathroom. Both rooms were lovely and spacious and the bathroom had all we needed and was clean and fresh. The double bed in one room was enormous. We were travelling as two adults and a 7 year old and we could have allslept in that bed!! We had a lovely overnight stay and a great breakfast the next day. The location was excellent and I would feel comfortable recommending it. The owners were actually on holiday but the staff they had covering did them proud.

Several light bulbs where broken in room, shower power was not very good, no blind on room en suite window.

Bedroom & shower ensuite was spotless, fresh & comfortable. The best mattress I have had in a hotel for a long time - brilliant.Loved the sea view. The breakfast was superb as was all the food. The bar and dining room looked newly decorated and very tastefully done. Staff helpful and friendly.

There was a very friendly and informal atmosphere and a nice beach. I was there for work and it ws an ideal stop with good food and a comfortable room.

My room was at the front and I could hear the road ,ear plugs advised.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. We stayed b & b and the breakfast on both days was wonderful ,served with home-made bread. Bed linen was egyptian cotton and very comfortable to sleep in. Lovely fluffy towels too.

The room we were in was a bit noisy as it was very close to the road.

The rooms were spacious enough for the 4 of us (2 kids, and we loved that they had their own room) and the bathroom was very nice and clean, and didn't have one of those annoying extractors. Only 1 remote but it worked on both TVs ok. Nice big bed, must've been 6ft wide :-) Hard pillows though! We were happy overall and would consider staying again for a bit longer next time.

The bass from the bar was a little intrusive but it stopped quite early on a Saturday night which was a relief. There was a bright light outside the bedroom window and the curtains were quite thin. The light went out at some point but there was a streetlight as well! Some small complimentary shampoo/shower gel would have been welcome as we didn't think to bring any for our night's stay.

A good small and friendly hotel in what was a ideal location to explore the local coastal areas.

The hotel was in the ideal place for me. Very close to my place of business.
