Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

leaving a glass of sherry to welcome the guest was OK even though the drink was very very sweet. very expensive for what was provided....it is a bed and breakfast not a hotel. |

Service was great. Location for the rugby at murrayfield is excellent. Rooms well apponited , bathroom a bit on the small side but for a short break ok. Parking limited. |

Friendliness of staff. Help with suggestions and booking for restaurants and buses to catch to/from city. Room was great. Breakfasts were excellent with a good selection. All-in-all, has to be one of the best hotels we've stayed at. |

Room was spacious very clean with large TV. Owners were helpful and informative. Breakfast was good. Bus stop in and out of the city was outside the guest house and buses were frequent. |

Upon arrival we recieved a very warm and hospitable welcome, and throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, and their reccomendations for local resteraunts was extremely helpful.Secure parking was appreciated. |

My wife and I chose to stay at Kew House and Apartments because we had stayed there before and were totally happy. We wished to spend a few days close to the Centre of Edinburgh in these calm, quiet and exquisitly tasteful surroundings.Having parked our car there we used public transport and were guided in its use and the attractions of the city by the attentive but unobtrusive owners of Kew House who made our second stay there as memorable as the first. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place to even the most critical person. |

1) Hotel owner/manager was very helpful and kind. 2) extremely new and clean appartment for 3-4 familiy. 3) perfect location if comming to Edingburgh by car (5-10 minuts by car to city center, public bus stop near by) 4) very well equipped appartment ( perfect/complete kitchen, washing machine, very clean stylish bath room, large flat screen TV and DVD player, car parking for the appartment 5) I would strongly reccomend the appartment if you come to Edingbargh with family or long time business trip by car |

We were made to feel very welcome by the owner. The room was immaculate and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. All on all we got excellent value for our money and I totally recommend it. |

la posizione, non lontana ed equidistante tra il centro (15min) e murrayfield (10min); il parcheggio privato compreso nel prezzo; lo cherry ed i cioccolatini in camera; la affabilità del titolare ian e la puntualità dei suoi consigli soprattutto su ristoranti e pubs cinque stelle sono in effetti un po' troppe; secondo la mia valutazione siamo fra le tre e le quattro stelle; sotto quest'ottica il rapporto qualità-prezzo è accettabile ma non eccezionale |
