My wife was patient in nearby hospital and staff did offer to run me to the hospital for a visit. I am disabled and staff carried bag to my vehicle.
food was excellent.nice peaceful stay staff were outstanding.
The staff were very helpfull nothing was a problem to them, will stay again next visit
Staff were pleasant and parking is easy and convenient.
Very expensive for the tiny bedroom and bathroom. WIFI didn't work and for a business traveller it is useless as there is no desk.
We arrived two minutes before 9pm, after a long journey on the motorbike so we were cold and wet. The restaurant shuts at 9pm but it was no trouble at all for the staff to take our food order so we could eat that night. It was really appreciated by us. Very friendly staff.
The hotel was clean and the shower was excellent and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Breakfast was of poor quality
Good location for a quick journey into Ayr each day of our stay (we had been unable to find a suitable hotel in Ayr itself). Dinner in hotel restaurant was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
A group of 17 were in the same building on our last night and there was a fair bit of noise and children running about till about 2.00am. It would have been better if they could have had that building to themselves! Other than that - nothing!
Cleanliness of the rooms Friendly staff
Great hospitality and loved the food. Staff could not have done more.
Good Meals & Bar. Bed rooms are adequate.
Excellent location for getting into Glasgow and for the many local golf courses. Nice restaurant, bar, terrace. Good food. Fantastic staff who made sure that we were well looked after. Great shower.
Bedrooms small and basic, although everything we needed was provided. Would have preferred better quality mattress and pillows.
Not sure if it was the commonwealth games affect but paid £150 for room and meal, following night £92 in a premier inn in Newcastle
The male receptionist provided excellent service and was very helpful! The rooms were very nice and clean! Had a very homely feel!
WiFi was fast. Breakfast was good.
The bath was small
Good food in restaurant, friendly, hospitable staff (although some clearly overworked) and location convenient to my requirements as stop-over for End to End cycle ride.
Everything about the place right from the start the staff the room which was the executive suit and the meal it was all fantastic we will definitely be back
Don't really have anything bad to say about this place our stay was great
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the meals were great.
Rooms claustrophobic and taking part of the room to put in an ensuite with a tiny shower was disappointing. We prefer a place with some ventilation and beds with room for 2. A second bedlamp for the off side would not have been a luxury.
The staff were very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was very good, especially the breakfast. The location was ideal for travelling to different places and the bus service great.
Our family room was rather cramped with an extra bed that we didn't need. The smell of food was ever present in our bedroom , not very pleasant at night. The quilts were winter tog, far too warm so I removed the covers and used the cover as a sheet.
Eveything was just like home i really enjoying staying there
The opportunity to have an evening meal The friendliness of the staff Perfect location for our needs The room had everything we needed
Everything about Kidron House was brilliant, staff, cleanliness, food, surroundings, the nearby beach, and swimming at the Magnum!
We were led to believe our outlook was courtyard facing from booking.com, and we were facing a wall.
We have stayed here overnight several times, always with our dog, who is made welcome. It is excellent value for money, comfortable, very clean , with friendly staff and a good breakfast!
evening meal, full scottish breakfast, courtesy, friendliness of staff
we liked everything!
No hairdryer but iron and ironing board, rather have a hairdryer,
The room and breakfast were very good and the staff exceptionally polite and helpful. It was good value for money and would recommend to any others visiting the area.
