Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Always willing to assist in any way. We were allowed to move our van closer to our accommodation so that our dogs were near to us.

My friend would have preferred a bath instead of the shower.

I purposely booked a hotel with a restaurant only to find they did not have a chef that night they said they could order food in but I had not got any cash out because the hotel said it had a cash point only it did not work so I ended up eating out

Ideal for a business or a short break with family. Great location, great food and fantastic staff. It was lovely and cosy and I had no complaints at all. I will be back.

It is lovely and warm. The evening meal was delicious and a good value for money. It is also great for golfing break and the staffs were very helpful.

I had the evening meal. That was good. I had the breakfast. That was good. I was there to go to a cremation at the local crematoria. That was not so good.

The room was cold when I arrived and the central heating was no good. Perhaps they should bleed the radiator. The shower room/toilet was perishing. Paying separately for breakfast. The price would have been perfectly OK with the breakfast price added in from the beginning.

The room was a good size, nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was enjoyable for the 4 nights we stayed. Really pleasant staff.

The hotel was somewhat noisy. You could hear people in the next room and the hotel staff making breakfast downstairs. The bathroom was also very small.

It was quiet and had a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed.

The staff was extremely cheerful and really helpful with directions etc.

Room was crowded with 3 beds for 2 adults. Carpets had dirt and debris from last occupants. Would have liked a desk or writing surface.

All was fresh and clean and the staff were most helpful the meal was homily but satisfying and we were well looked after the disabled facillity was excellent with plenty of space to manouver.

It would have been nice if there had been a small lounge where we could have had our drinks before and after our meal in stead of sitting in the dining room fortunately we were the only guests in the dining room that evening.

We did not appreciate the fact that we paid almost£60 for b&b but because we were leaving very early in the morning couldnt have breakfast but were not offered Anything at all as an alternative. The room though obviously quite well equipped was very small and the carpet was very badly stained. We did not have any toiletries in our ensuite. On the whole it was a disappointing stay and poor value for money.

I loved my room, the friendly service, the house, the breakfast. I felt safe and comfortagle.

No phone in room. Although I know most people have cell phones these days. (The staff was very good about bringing me the phone a couple of times when I received a call,plus, they let me use the phone for my local call.

Excellent room. Staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast hot freshly made very very nice. Will be staying here again.

TV signal kept fading out

we had room 1 which was excellent as my husband is disabled the room was very big as was the bathroom,breakfast was cooked more or less in front of you and well presented ,staff are really good nothing is too much for them

Good location for our purpose

Breakfast - we had to fill in a form to indicate what we would like for breakfast but the requirements weren't fulfilled. Firstly we requested toast (white bread) but we were given Hovis 50/50 as they ran out of white bread. Secondly, we indicated 8am for our breakfast but we received it 8.20am. Why ask the question for time of breakfast when you cannot deliver it punctually. Laundry - our laundry was not returned when promised. I'd like to leave it at that. It was returned on the morning we were to leave. Not good enough.
