This 4-star guest house offers bed and breakfast accommodation in Bridlington. It is just 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre and the sandy, Blue Flag beach. Guests can enjoy a range of draught beers, lagers, spirits and wines in the fully licensed bar, and relax in the lounge area. Kilburn Guest House also features space for free private on-site parking. A full English breakfast is served in the morning, with continental and vegetarian options. There is also a small dinner menu for evening meals. Each room has a TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. Guests can make use of free Wi-Fi throughout the building. The historic harbour is around 10 minutes’ walk from Kilburn. Quiet location, warm welcome, off street parking, full English breakfast very nicely presented, comfort and cleanliness of the accommodation. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Lovely hosts, comfortable rooms, scrummy breakfasts, a really nice place to stay, just a few minutes walk from the seafront, harbour and town. I'd certainly recommend it and will be returning! Absolutely nothing!

We loved our stay at the Kilburn. Billy and Jan were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was gorgeous and the food was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and chatty. Nothing too much trouble Slight confusion about a prior arrangement however the staff were. More than accommodating and this had very little impact o thatour break

made to feel very welcome, the owners Jan and Billy were very helpful in every respect. The premises were clean, the food excellent and I would highly recommend this guest house. Nothing to dislike

We had a lovely room, which was spotless, and had lots of nice touches..dressing gowns, good choice of tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries. The hosts were warm and friendly,and the breakfast was fab! Highly recommended !

Although we only stayed overnight we found the facilities excellent and comfortable. The proprietors were very friendly and we had a very nice evening meal. The price also included a full English breakfast. Very good value. There was really nothing to dislike. The only drawback was possibly limited off road parking, though we had no difficulty.

The owners couldn't do enough for us. The room was very clean and decor was superb. The breakfast was marvelous. The guest house was in a great location just a short walk to the seafront, it is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the old town which well worth a visit. We will be definitely staying here again in the near future. Like to say Billy & Jan thank you. Nothing.
