Lovely relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and chatty. Nothing too much trouble Slight confusion about a prior arrangement however the staff were. More than accommodating and this had very little impact o thatour break

made to feel very welcome, the owners Jan and Billy were very helpful in every respect. The premises were clean, the food excellent and I would highly recommend this guest house. Nothing to dislike

We had a lovely room, which was spotless, and had lots of nice touches..dressing gowns, good choice of tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries. The hosts were warm and friendly,and the breakfast was fab! Highly recommended !

friendly owners, very welcoming, clean tidy room with en suite facilities which were enhanced with supplies of toilettries the weather, but not blaming Kilburn for that!!

Although we only stayed overnight we found the facilities excellent and comfortable. The proprietors were very friendly and we had a very nice evening meal. The price also included a full English breakfast. Very good value. There was really nothing to dislike. The only drawback was possibly limited off road parking, though we had no difficulty.

The owners couldn't do enough for us. The room was very clean and decor was superb. The breakfast was marvelous. The guest house was in a great location just a short walk to the seafront, it is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the old town which well worth a visit. We will be definitely staying here again in the near future. Like to say Billy & Jan thank you. Nothing.

Very nice owners, very helpfull, very clean, lovely room and en suit, great breakfast with pleanty of choice, parking outside. only a 10 min walk to the centre or spa but the owners kindly offered us a lift. I wanted to stay in bed longer.. ha ha. but there was no rushing to get us out at 10-30... we left at 11-00.

very very friendly owners!! the room was gorgeouss!!!! me and my boyfriends would highly recomend!! perfect break away and wonderful people who we stayed with! breakfast was also lovely! it was also a very very clean place, everywhere was spotless!

Owners were very friendly, breakfast good, location good Room very small, stayed much bigger and better room for same price, website showed the same room as small double and we booked double. Pointed out to owner and he agreed.
