Beautiful building, very friendly staff The location is a ways from the city center. It is extremely conveniently accessible by bus; however, at night once we were back at the hotel, we didn't feel like going back out. Next time I would stay closer to the city. |

Extremely helpful and friendly staff . Also , on a very convenient bus route straight to the city centre . Buses stop very near the hotel and are every 5 minutes or so making it extremely easy to get into town. Would have preferred not to have been stuck right at the top of the hotel in an attic bedroom. |

Very friendly female member of staff, coulnd't be anymore helpful. This was booked as a romantic break and was a superior room but there was no material canopy on the 4 poster bed , however all photos on the website of the hotel showed these canopies on each of the beds. |

friendly and accomodating staff, we have a 6yr old and 6 month old and they got back in touch with us to make sure our room would be ok, also had no problem getting use of the sink to wash bottles and then the micro to do sterilisation. It was also easy to get to from out of town and had ample parking to Our room was a good size and on basement level, good for taking things from the car and you could push the pram right in without stairs, but with basement rooms it is a bit dark also had a totally enclosed en-suite which smelt a little musky, the bedroom was fine though. Also when we moved the bed over to fit the cot you could see it had not hoovered for a while, i'm sure this is common though |

The reception staff, Sean was very nice and helpful. I found a lot of hair blocked water in the drain when I had shower. I had to take the hair out from the drain myself to let water run. We were waken up by our next door guests in the middle of the night. We could hear almost every thing that they did in their bathroom, and bed room. It was not a nice experience. |
