Was in town and upstairs
Landlady was very pleasant, she makes a great breaky!! :D Guest house is well located to the train station, easy commuting to and from Ayr.
No negatives worth noting!
Noisy loud guests next door
Very welcoming staff , good off street parking , very clean and pleasant guest house . Excellent value for money . Brilliant breakfast in the morning at a time of my choosing . Would definitely recommend to anyone . Thank you .
Staff were very friendly, breakfast excellent and very comfy beds. We travelled by train, 2 minute walk from Newton on Ayr train station.
Shower wasn't great.
Very friendly staff. Good quality breakfast. Comfortable room.
Couldn't get TV in room to work.

Good location near Prestwick IA and to explore Ayrshire. Comfortable and clean room and nice breakfast. good value for money.
The rooms were nice, clean con comfortable
Quite a walk to the city itself. Breakfast and staff did were not as hearty and friendly as in other UK B&B.
Close to centre good friendly service, excellent breakfast
parking space limited
Very good beds, good breakfast, friendly staff.
Price, proximity to station, friendliness of landlady and cleanliness.
Because we had a room that looked onto the main road it was quite noisy at night.
Location, breakfast, easy going atmosphere, good shower, comfy bed good car parking.Great location for the train in to Glasgow. Not too far out of town for resturaunts/pubs
Noisy doors at times.Bedroom a little small but adequate
Good breakfast. Good location for our activity
Lady moved us into the BnB next door? Part of the same group but why the move? Person in the room next to us smoked but it was a no-smoking establishment? We thought it was our room but it was just the smoke from the room next door..... not very pleasant!
Really comfy bed and good breakfast.
Friendly owner, basic but clean with excellent full Scottish breakfast
Close to a busy road
If you just want a place to lay your weary head, this was fine. Our room didn't have room for much else but beds and a sink but it served its purpose. Kettle and tea and coffee were provided and breakfast was great. Owner very friendly. Plenty of off street parking and convenient to the centre of Ayr
Not ensuite so not good for a stay of any length of time Trailing flex in room from TV looked unsafe in out opinion but maybe Scottish laws re B&B's are different to English ones Loud voices at 11.30pm woke us up
Good breakfast. Inexpensive.
A little cramped - single room was smaller than advertised. Wifi was very sporadic.
ON MAIN ROAD
Clean. Good breakfast Good car parking Excellent residents lounge area Flexible breakfast times
Although friendly and polite, I thought that a little more interaction with guests would be good. Given the room key and shown the lounge but no conversation to make you feel as though you are welcome
Very friendly well nice
