Love the open fire and relaxed ambiance.
Room 12. Tiny shower/toilet cupboard. Mattress. Tatty carpets. Curtains/rail.
Staff where friendly and and the 4 poster bed room was big and roomy as well as being cosy and comfortable. Had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and it was lovely, would recommend and return soon.
This has got to be a great value for money hotel for this time of year, room very clean and warm, reception was very polite and helpful, will return again and again if given the chance.
Nothing was wrong with this hotel.
Open fire and food.
Bed was uncomfortable due to old mattress and the TVs reception was poor.
The location is very good in a nice small village. Helpful staff, Michael, Livio and Rita who made our stay very comfortable!!!!!! Great food and quite place to relax.!!
food is excellent as is wine list. Annex is wonderful especially with a pet.
Location, Staff, Food, Room, Price. Would go again.
room was quite cold, toilet freezing no heating in toilet, having to wait at least 10 min for water to heat up we were there early december
The location of this is beautiful
The staff were rude . No smiles not welcoming . The room had cobwebs . The pillow was stained. Asides from this we upgraded to four poster room where the poster is in the way of the tv so it's impossable to relax in bed and watch tv . Not worth the money for upgrade ! Dissapoining
Staff were really friendly, welcoming to us and our very wet dog. Food in the restaurant was a little more expensive than I had expected however it was lovely.
Breakfast was not the best. Meat was of poor quality and no vegetarian substitutes.
Staff very friendly, brilliant breakfast, very large comfy bed and clean room, good atmosphere. Great value for money. Hotel very nicely decorated and had a warm cosy feeling would defiently recomend.
Noise from room next to ours sounded like the bathroom was behind the wall our bed was on. Toilet flushing noisy, shower and taps. Poor quality pillows we had to ask for more but staff very accommodating. Disappointed there was only a shower and no bath.
Cosy clean room and good breakfast,
No phone signal in bar and restricted use in room,
Great location and plenty of places to relax within the hotel
The bed and one waiter had an unpleasant nature.
Lovely dog friendly hotel with relaxed atmosphere and welcoming staff. Room was very clean and quiet.
Paintwork in corridors could do with a tidy up.
Friendly staff. Great food. Lovely area.
nice location and friendly atmosphere.
only got bbc on the tv.
Lovely surroundings staff friendly enough. Though some training might not go amiss
Staff a tad clueless my wife drove up and arrived before me. When I arrived later receptionist assured me that no one had cheked in that day even though my wife was waiting on me through in the lounge and all our baggage was in our room !!!!!!!!!
A comfortable and friendly hotel. Nice atmosphere. Would book again. Really good breakfast
Killin Hotel is good value for money. It doesn't have all the mod cons that you would expect of Hotels these days. But it has clean bedrooms and a beautiful cosy bar with a log fire matched with excellent staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The Hotel has lovely views and I would stay again. Rita the receptionist is a credit to the Hotel....she is very informative and helped me get all my stuff up the stairs and took me to my room.
The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not something to complain about as I managed to sleep. There was a draft coming from the window which made the room slightly cold. The breakfast in the morning could possibly incorporate more Scottish items like Lorne Sausage and Potato Scone because you're in Scotland after all.
Nice warm cosy bed enjoyed the food
Room38 toilet renovations not complete finishings still to be carried out including fixing toilet seat.
The breakfast was lovely. And the staff were great.
Enjoyed the good food, the views from the dining rooms, the wonderful open fire in the bar
clean rooms all very nice hope to stay again
the room was small but we are a large couple and they are doing work on the hotel so there was a strong smell of paint
The setting, staff, food, location
staff very friendly and welcoming, food very good. because of this I will return despite the not so good bit!
bed was with worn out mattress.
