I loved the view we had from the room. It was outside the town as it was like a country style hotel. There was a wedding on. We went to bed at around eleven Thirty. There were two kids running up and down the hall for about an hour. We then had adults coming back to there rooms with no consideration for other people who were sleeping. This noise stopped at around four am. I know even by running my own retail business it is hard to keep everybody happy and content. I am not complaining as we enjoyed out stay. We would stay again if we are traveling to Enniskillen as there are lots of sights to visit.we did not use the health club as our stay was short. If is as clean and as fresh as the hotel I would say it was fantastic. Thanks for giving us a chance so that maybe the Killyhevlin Hotel can think of some people who maybe want a break away to relax. Thanks Maurice.

location, staff, very friendly and obliging, facilities, especially the swimming pool, excellent food and comfortable rooms. Noise. Loud guests on mobile phones standing outside our room at 6.30 am!! Piped music starting at 7.30am which woke us up again and persisted to irritate us until we got up! Suspect it may have come from the fitness suite but not sure.

We found it to be a very friendly spa hotel and felt totally relaxed and welcome there. We felt that the menu could have more vegetarian options available. On saying that , the restaurant were very obliging to try to help with our choice of food. We did end up eating the same thing twice due to lack of choice.

The fact that I booked my recent stay at your location through booking dot.com." by mistake I was under the impression I was talking to one of your staff when making this booking"i was charged £156. for my stay, sunday 10th. And monday the 11th.on arrival at a friends house in enniskillen I was handed a print out of offers for the same date. These were priced at £99 for two night stay with free evening meal, I could have had a three night stay for £109 with free evening meal. For my £ 156 all I got was breakfast. No evening meal. This to me is a rip- off. I know I will not be booking a stay in your hotel agan. &Quot; I dont like being ripped off. . management of the killyhevlin are aware of this rip-off as your receptionist on duty during my stay agreed..this to me is the perfect way to lose customers. I know I will let all my friends etc. know of this rip-off, in fact I seriously considered getting in touch with the stephen nilan radio show. ( I might still doing so ) . yours. e. millar

“Never Again” Reviewed 8 January 2013 new We arrived on Sunday evening and checked in, first impressions are good, they have always been so at the Killyhevlin because of its location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We opted for dinner in the dining room as opposed to the bar only to discover the difference is a net curtain in between, oh and table cloths. Starters on the menu were very limited and old fashioned- melon, prawn cocktail. Main course we both ordered bleu steaks and fair play they were lovely. We were not given a choice of vegetables and were presented with a carrot and parsnip puree-sickly sweet and just wrong with steak, and cabbage with smoked bacon, again wrong with steak. We had to pay extra for potatoes. The veg was clearly left over from the all-day buffet. We asked for vinegar for our paid extra chips and were presented with sachets, dear God! The staff began to set up foe breakfast while we were still eating and clearly required us to move.NOT Good! Our room was defined as deluxe but I stayed in a Travel Lodge last year which was as good. The hot water was lukewarm throughout our stay. Breakfast. Clearly there were more guests than tables in the "dining room" and people were asked to sit outside the area and wait to be called. One of my pet hates is the buffet hot breakfast which seems to be ubiquitous. Hoteliers please note-I like to order my breakfast and have it served, I am paying you to look after me not make me line up as in school. I like my fried egg runny, this is not possible if it is kept warm on a plate. The bacon rashers were stuck together and when I asked a member of staff to address it she told another "He wants you to separate the bacon." Sausages were poor transport cafe tasteless creatures and only hotels seem to be able to make mushrooms swim. Dreadful. I got the room at half price and was offended by all of the above, had I paid the full tariff I'd probably be sending a solicitor's letter.

Spa Suggestion for swimming pool changing room. How about a small spin dryer to remove excess water from swim wear. I have found this useful before in another hotel -may have been Culoden
