The staff were excellent from the moment we stepped into the reception, until we left. Nothig was too much trouble for them. The hotel is very calm and peaceful and there is plenty of room in the lounge to relax and indeed in the very spacious bedroom. The food was excellent and I am a vegetarian and was given beautiful alternatives to the meat etc on the dining room menu.

Our room was fantastic, lots of character, and with huge bathroom. Staff were great, for example happy to prepare me an off-menu pasta meal as I was taking part in the Inverness Marathon the next day!

Superb service, lovely room and a bath and shower my 6ft 5" could fit into. food was excellent, on a par with the likes of Kinloch Lodge, The Glasshouse, The Witchery and Rhubarb. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back.

The place is lovely, and the staff are excellent. We had a very nice room with a four-poster bed. The toiletries were also very good (made in Scotland). The whisky selection in the bar was good as well. This would be a perfect place for a romantic weekend. Since we did not rent a car, there was nothing for us to do within walking distance. We had to take a taxi from/to Invergordon (which was inexpensive but a little inconvenient). However, people with cars should find its location to be rather convenient and it would be a good base for the region. The seating in the dining area is limited, such that at dinner, we were seated next to a family with a relatively loud child.

location very quiet, tasty breakfast, clean room we got the room in the last floor (under the roof) with very small windows. Ventilation of the kitchen rather noisy, you can hear that through closed windows.

Dinner, the room. It was hard to find - it is not in Invergordon. Better travel directions are needed.

The food and the service were both excellent. Although I didn't inform them of my needs in advance (I had broken my leg recently), I was offered a room with disabled facilities which was ideal in the circumstances.

The service which was excellent. Staff took my bags upstairs upon arrival. When i went down for dinner staff brought me canapes then showed me through to my table for dinner where i had a lovely meal. I was in the area on business and staying at the hotel made up for the fact that i was away from home. I can't fault anything.
