One of the best hotels I have stayed in.
Stones throw from Bannockburn visitor centre and easy to find. Room was clean and fresh.
Wi-fi signal not great in the room but worked okay in bar/reception areas.
Excellent value for money.
Poor pressure in shower.
Friendliness of staff
The bed was too soft
hotel nice clean staff friendly helpfull food very good would stay agian
Good wi fi Nice staff We had an early check-in Good breakfast
Far away from the city center if you don't travel with your car The key cards demagnetized often Old bathroom, needs some floor tiles repairing The coffee provided in the room expired
Even at a supposedly heavily discounted price it was not worth the money.
Happy helpful staff. Food pricing great well cooked. Bed room adiquate. Bed 4 star Nicely situated for all access to Stirlings amienities
No sitting room. Seating functional. upgrading a bit amaturish.
Great value. Excellent, friendly service.
Excellent Breakfast Excellent WiFi connection Excellent Beer
Bathroom floor tiles loose Decor dated Carpet in room very old and wore badly
Food was of a reasonable standard, particularly evening meals
Initially given room on ground floor next to reception and bar which was noisy. Changed to a much quieter room on first floor which was better
Everything was excellent, couldn't fault it. Brilliant, friendly staff.
As I said, couldn't fault it.
Helpful friendly staff, hotel right next to the Bannockburn site and not too far to walk into Stirling.
Price and location. Also good food and friendly staff
Nice pleasant staff, clean, good parking, good bar with a some good malts!
Only two coffee gags and not replaced the next day.
Great as I attended a wedding won't do it again
A bit bland
Hair dryer was very poor and on my second morning I didn't wash my hair. If I had being staying any longer I would need to have gone to purchase a hair dryer.
price and convenient to Stirling
excellent breakfast，friendly staff
a little far from city center by foot
The food was amazing! We were so full from the dinner that we didn't really want the breakfast.
The radiator/plumbing in our room made an awful noise when it came on or went off thus either waking us up or keeping us awake.
We had a very nice room, the food in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast. Very good location for Bannockburn and 10 minutes from Stirling
The friendly staff
I was unable to control the Central heating. The room was very warm
