Overall a very good set up. Food excellent and available most of the day.
Some noise from other rooms.
The spacious rooms the beautiful views lovely food and friendly staff.
The food was really good
Sign posts to location very very poor
Location for walking was excellent. Siting of accommodation just away from pub meant no disturbance from pub goers. Food at breakfast and dinner was good. Staff very pleasant and friendly, pity the weather wasn't as good. We were looking for a reasonably priced short break and the Kings Head Inn ticked all the boxes.
Toiletries not replenished during our stay but given what we paid, perhaps should not have expected this.
Walking to beachs . Food good in pub. Friendly staff .
Green light above door in room on all night quite disturbing. Quite bright
We were very happy with our stay every thing was good I would have liked the welsh lamb on the menu more often
I liked the spacious and well appointed bedrooms that felt as if one was staying in a southern European or even a Scandinavian resort
The breakfast was a bit disappointing for such a highly rated hotel. I would have liked to have had warm croissants.
staff very friendly great pub and good food
nothing to be negative about
Great Sunday Lunch Great Proper Pub Atmosphere Great Location Rooms nicely furnished and right next to the pub Lovely helpful receptionist
Bedding in room 1 a bit dated and Polyester. Bed not very comfortable but nice bedding and a mattress topper could improve that immensly
The accommodation was 1st rate, although a table lamp would have been handy, as the light given was a little dim. Also a fan would have been handy as when we stayed it was uncomfortably warm
The breakfast was fine but the the dinner was typical pub food. I would have said something better but there was always something not upto scratch and the chips were NOT Good.
Size and quality of room Staff
3rd visit this year & it gets better everytime, absolutely fantastic 4 nights sheer PERFECTION. Would not hesitate recommending this place to my friends or family.
The room, the food, the location were all great. It's a very good centre for exploring the Gower or you could stay put and do lots of walks.Late breakfasts!
Can't think of anything - it was sometimes a bit cramped in the dining room but a great atmosphere and lovely staff nonetheless.
well designed bathroom. Breakfast choice
cramped dinning room
Lovely rural location. Breakfast was excellent you could ask for any preference. All freshly cooked. We also had dinner and food was just as good also a varied menu. Would recommend curry night.
Can't fault it, good food excellent weather - perfect!
Location ex in village. Pub and food good and very friendly locals. Gower superb. The garden and well sited seats were a lovely addition and extension to room. Weather fantastic!
Sweeping of floor and attention to detail in bedroomcleanig a little poor. ie someone else's beer bottle left, bin unemptied and sandy. You missed out on sales of desserts and coffees by not having waitress ordering in the resturant in evenings.
The room was good very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
The Pub needed a re-furbishment The dining room very, very cramped. We expected to be served coffee and the breakfast left a lot to be desired, would not stay again especially at prices charged.
Beautiful location on the Gower with good distant sea views. Great bedroom - spacious and clean. Staff in hotel and pub were very helpful and always cheerful. Food quality was very good and real ale was excellent.
Restaurant was a bit cramped. Needs a bit of a spruce up on terms of decor and furniture
People able to look straight into our room !!!!!!!!
Beautiful location - clean, quiet, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast choice and good food available in the evening. Superb range of malts!
What a treat to stay somewhere all the staff are so friendly and eager to help. We stayed b&b for four nights and also ate in the restaurant for our evening meals, the variety of cold and cooked breakfasts would please even the fussiest of people,as would the menu and specials board for evening meals. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom, free wireless internet, large flat screen TV, fridge and a safe. The local area is a walkers paradise. We have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel and talked to many other guests who enjoyed their stay as much as we did. Pete and Sally.
restaurant very crowded Car park in need of repair and parking difficult.
food not impressive
Good food including breakfast which was very good. Bedding was excellent.
Few cobwebs and spiders in room and bathroom.
Clean and spacious. Good food in the Inn. Good location for our needs.
Bed and pillows very hard. Room dark with very little natural light and poorly lit therefore unable to read.
