“ Our stay in this Flat was very good and we felt like home. We had 5 lovely days in Inverness, Loch Ness and Glen Affric. All these Locations were not faraway from the apartement and so it was a right good choise for us. Soon as we come back again to scotland, 65 King Street sees us again. ”

We have enjoyed our stay in this cosy little apartment. Great location. Made a full use of the kitchen. Comfortable bed. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom :-). Would stay again. P.S. Thank you for the bottle of bubbly and a card left on the glassed table. V. & A.

Kathleen is a very attentive owner, very helpful when we had a query and left us a nice welcome. The flat is in a great location to explore the city or to get out in your car, and the flat is well equipped and relaxing.

It was very conveniently located, just ten minutes walk from the station and the ciry centre, and a nice walk at that, along the river and over a pedestrian-only bridge. I met the apartment manager for Gael Holiday Homes, and she was very pleasant and helpful. There are two take-aways just a few metres away from the flat. And a barbers, which I used. I am sorry to say that for me the apartment was too small and cramped, and as a result things were not conveniently laid out in the kitchen area or the lounge area (which was positively tiny). Television reception was poor even on the main channels. There was no dining table and no writing table. The sloping roof made the bathroom difficult to use. And above all, the apartment was generally cold, even though the outside temperatures were 9-10 by night and 12-14 by day. There appeared to be just one room heater, and this was inadequate to heat the room.

Very handy for the city centre, 5 minute walk and you were there. Apartment was well equipped with everything you could ever need. Very quiet, all in all would I book it again, absolutely. Great wee location and great wee flat, whats not0 to like. Nothing

Our stay in this Flat was very good and we felt like home. We had 5 lovely days in Inverness, Loch Ness and Glen Affric. All these Locations were not faraway from the apartement and so it was a right good choise for us. Soon as we come back again to scotland, 65 King Street sees us again. The dining room existed only in form of an High table and two Bar Stools in a bay window. It was a little bit cramped. But that's the only negative item.

Wirklich komplett ausgestattet! Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig: Essensreste am Geschirr, flüchtig gewischter Boden etc. Für den penetranten Essensgeruch, den unsere Vorgänger hinterließen kann ja keiner was - oder könnte man mal kräftig lüften, bevor neue Gäste kommen? Außerdem: Empfehlenswert nur für Menschen bis 175 Körpergröße, da kurzes Bett und viele Dachschrägen, kleine Dusche, winzige Sitzmöglichkeit zum Essen.

Das Appartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort heimisch fühlt. Die persönliche Note der Inhaber ist zu sehen. Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral (trotzdem ruhig), sodass die Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglickeiten zu Fuß erreicht werden können. Leider war das Bett sehr unbequem. Inverness ist häßlich.

Compact app van alle gemakken voorzien, heel schoon. Parkeer vergunning aanwezig. Voldoende locale informatie. Locatie ideaal tov de stad. Maar buurt lijkt iets minder. Beetje stil.

zentrale Lage in der Stadt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, gute Küchenausstattung, freies Wlan (Wifi) 1.kleine Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, alles sehr eng im Wohn-Küchenbereich - gut fotografiert, sodass der Eindruck entstand, dass die Wohnung größer wirkte! 2.Der Wasserdruck für warmes Wasser ist sehr niedrig, hier sollte einmal ein Handwerker die Leitungen überprüfen ! 3.unpersönlicher Kontakt - nur per email oder Tel./Handy - Wohnungsübergabe per email und Code für die Wohnungstür. 4.Keine Rechnung über das gebuchte Apartment, nur Abrechnung über die Kreditkartenbuchung 5. Die Wohnung ist im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen in Edingburgh oder Glasgow überteuert !
