A bit dingy
I was down in London for a gig and wanted to stay in the legendary William IV as I am a beer fan. I was not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub and beers were excellent and very good value for money. I look forward to staying again at some point in the future.
No complaints about anything.

shower not the best
very friendly staff. helpfull
It seems very danderous, don't recommend for young girls
Cheap option in London
Bad area, far from city centre, poor room
Geoff the landlord is brilliant, the whole experience was faultless
locality - near a tube station very helpful bar staff towels changed everyday
very basic decor was shabby not enough lighting
Good location and friendly staff with good value pub meal menu in the evening and real ale selection.
No on-site parking but plenty of free overnight street parking - a lot of stairs to top floor rooms.
We don"t want to visit this hotel any more.
Good value for money. Excellent sized room. Good location to Overground. Great pub with excellent choice on tap.
No breakfast option. Tv not working. Shower very weak.
When we arrived, we were greeted and taken to our room. It was a great size although not a ton of amenities. The price was great so I didn't expect a ton of frills. I realized I had forgotten a hair dryer once I got there. None to be found in the room so one of the staff members brought me theirs. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you!
Location good for me
Rooms need updating, no lift, so if your not so good on your legs don't stay hear. There is no where to park
Excellent value for money
No one around on Sunday morning - wasn't sure how to check out!
Location, not a cramped room, fabulous Eastend pub, friendly & helpful, good price. Will go back.
Woke up to smell of someone smoking in another room somewhere....
large rooms, friendly staff, very good beers downstairs
no night lamp for reading at the bed
Good price, good location and beers were cheap. Probably would stay again for a couple of nights.
Room was very basic!
We liked everything, there was not anything we didnt like to be honest.
staff excellent, beer good all lovely and clean, great atmosphere and very welcoming.
the one and a half hour bus trip into central London.
the friendly helpful staff, having a choice of entry/exit - not always going through the bar as the temptation for the fine beers is too much to pass by. t
Very large room for a single.
Shower unit uncomfortable if you're over 5' 10".
