I thought the rooms were excellent compared with similar priced hotels in London. Breakfast area could be more comfortable area and not in the bar

For a pub in the east end of London I was pleasantly surprised. It felt safe and friendly, it was very clean, the room was simple but comfortable and I could have dinner there without feeling conspicuous. It wasn't a roudy place and I felt quite at ease there as a solo traveller. The shower was awkward but worked. The noice from the bathroom fan whistling in the wind kept me awake but otherwise no complaints.

The location was good for what I needed to do in Greenwich, staff were great throughout, always friendly and helpful, and found the place quite charming. Breakfast was very good too. Nice choices. Nothing to mention.

Reasonably priced for London - The rooms were well decorated and everything was very clean (the whole hotel had recently been decorated through out) - staff were friendly & professional. The cooked breakfasts were excellent. There was a fault with the card key system on the room - management was aware and it was being fixed - very minor problem.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, well situated and value for money considering its location. The staff on the whole were helpful and engaged. The breakfast was good and added value to the stay, also the 25% discount on evening meals is an excellent idea and worth a try. Not so much a criticism of the hotel per say, but it is on a busy road (it's London I know!) just be aware if you are from a leafy suburb. Oh and finally: The member of Staff impersonating a camp 'Big Brother' contestant shortly before rejection from 'The house' will need no introduction from us!

location was great, very close to nearby shops eg tesco, boots, off licence etc. bus stop right outside the hotel so very fast and easy comminication to the city centre. very friendly abd helpful staff, breakfast tasty and very filling. rooms clean, modern and well equipped. no lift and many stairs leading to rooms upstairs, quite tiring especially when eg borrowing ironing board and having to climb upstairs with it. maybe hotel staff should b helping hotel guests with carrying it or making sure there is one available on every floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help us! When we checked in we were shown how all the doors worked and told that we could catch a bus to the o2 and where to get on and off. We were informed of the times of dinner and breakfast and then we were shown to our room and they even carried my case which was completely unnecessary and she insisted even when I said I could take it! The room was beautiful and with the sun being out it made the room lovely and light. The bathroom was gorgeous - wish we'd had chance to use it properly!! We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and the food was gorgeous! Good quality ingredients were used and the price was very reasonable! (Hotel guests receive a 25% discount whenever eating/ drinking in the restaurant too!) We had breakfast the following morning, which was included in the price of the room, and it was lovely! No complaints at all ' fast service and good food! This hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the o2 so if wanting to save money on taxis and buses then this is reasonable - we walked back after the concert. All in all this hotel is great - we had no problems at all and will definitely stay here again! We had to leave!! Wish we had been able to stay longer!

All the positives above I was shown to a relatively quiet room with a skylight about 10 foot above me. When showing me the room (#208) the lady turned the radiator on and second later the room was red hot. I could not open the window and the Velux had no curtain and sunrise is about 4:30am. I went down and asked if something could be done and they kindly changed me to another (#203). Much noisier but it had a curtain and a window that opened. I deadbolted the door. I read my book and went to bed. Imagine my surprise when I heard the lock open and someone tried to walk in at 11.30. The keys must be interchangeable. Strange how quickly one can move. I was half way to the door before it opened. Lots of apologies from the couple who had mistaken their room for mine. Next time if there is one, I'll put a chair against the door.

The extremely friendly, smiley and helpful staff. Location was perfect on so many levels... Close enough to the o2 arena and only a few minutes away from the greenwich park and amenties. Very clean rooms. Loved the fact that tea and coffee in the room were free of charge and breakfast was included in the price. Will reccomand this hotel to everyone and we'll definately stay here again in the future.

Location to the o2, the young guy on reception (possibly the owner) was really lovely. Good shower. Rooms nice & big for London although loose the brown throws, they aren't needed. Arrived for breakfast 9.15, girl took order but forgot to put in, after noticing people who arrived after us finishing their breakfast, we asked & was rudely told it'd be a few minutes. She had just realised but pretended not too!! Kitchen staff we could see where no longer cooking but cleaning up?? Finally got breakfast 45mins after we arrived, cold?? Had to ask for cutlery to be told 'in a minute'?? Because we had asked for fresh coffee she was doing that first..... Blonde foreign girl very rude & not once did she apologise even though she very clearly messed up. Unacceptable.

Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, has what you need for a night or two stay. Bus stop for the o2 is right outside and runs 24 hours. Felt safe & secure with electronic key cards to get into main building, hotel area then your room. Nothing, has everything and more than what you would expect for £79 a night in London
