Location to park and ride was excellent. Facilities of the flat were very good and Daniel was very helpful through text and phone conversations.

Duvets were too heavy for this time of year. Thought it was a little expensive for 2 nights.

Both Mick and Daniel were most helpful in every possible way. The apartment and the bathrooms in general were very clean. Apartment being next to supermarket was very handy. It is much better than an hotel room

This apartment is very modern, clean, spacious and well fitted out. We were extremely comfortable here and although we thought we would use the park 'n ride next door, we actually drove into Cambridge each day. I thoroughly recommend this place for anyone wanting more than a hotel room; the value is excellent.

    Liked everything.

The bed was very comfortable; it will be a nice apartment once the cheap and badly damaged furnishings and faulty fridge/freezer is made good - particularly as a £250 deposit against damages is taken.

Warning - this is on the third floor - and no lift available! The tables were very badly scratched; the walls were in need of painting and were noticeably marked, as were the carpets; the porcelain was cleaned well but not the shelves/ledges or skirtings and the utensils in the kitchen were filthy and the ribbons and party-poppers suggest that the floor wasn't vacuumed other than in the walkways; there was soap in one toilet only. The floors were dirty and my white socks supported this as they were black in minutes! You are asked to remove footwear on entering the property - perfectly reasonable - if the floor is clean to allow it! Oh and the worst part: the sofa was completely collapsed and it killed your back to sit on it unless you sat on the hard, wooden ledge at the front! In order to protect my deposit of £250 I took photos to protect myself - the table and dirty chairs are £99 in Ikea and the coffee table is only £70 so blaming the damages on the previous occupants' children when you've had their money to replace these, isn't acceptable - The owner 'thanked' me for pointing all these problems out and for taking the photos to support it and promised to do something about it - but I don't care about the next person's experience - I should have been refunded - at least in part - of my £500 - I could have stayed in the 5* hotel for £200!

Great location, 10 mins drive to the Cambridge city, 5 mins walk to Waitrose. Apartment is clean and kitchen has included everything that I need for cooking (oil, salt, etc.).

The sofa bed is curved, couldn't make it flat.

Great service from Dan and Michael, especially helpful on arrival. Very comfortable bedrooms, all you need in the kitchen for a longer stay and convenient location for the Waitrose shopping and the park and ride into Cambridge.

    Nothing to dislike.

The apartment was a joy to stay in. Very clean and spacious. Obvious to see, a brand new apartment. Excellent location near the Park and Ride, with frequent busesvinto the city centre.

No lifts! Which was a bit of a pain as I had a buggy and too many bags. But Daniel was very helpful and help carry most of the bags to our apartment. The balcony was a nice size but looked out to the Park n Ride car park, so wasn't as private a s I would have liked it to be.

Very clean, well laid out, everything provided. Easy access to Cambridge. When we knew we were going to arrive earlier than expected, we phoned ahead and they obliged by getting it ready in time. Phone contacts and Dan who was there to welcome us when we arrived were all exceptionally pleasant

    No complaints

Very clean, new and comfortable with great facilities (including washing machine)

We needed to pay before our stay which meant transferring money into GBP and depositing it into their account.

Lovely self catering apartments. Owners very helpful and easy to find from their directions. Location is a great base for the Cambridge area. Short walking distance to good local bars/restaurants, Waitrose and park and ride into Cambridge.

Neat and clean. Family friendly. Location.

1.Description of location map on website. If you write Trumpington meadows it will be easier to locate. 2.Deposit money: You have kept a standard deposit money which is understandable if somebody stays for a month. For a single night £250 deposit is too much.
