Nothing! We both had a good time! Your catagaries don't fit us. We are a mother & adult son. I went to a conference & he went to the leisure beach.

It was quiet, food was nice.

The recently refurbished rooms were excellent, and the shower was very good. The staff were very helpful.

The duvet was quite small for the bed, but not too much of a problem.

The welcome we recieved on arrival was really friendly made to feel welcome

The staff were really great, location amazing for the Pleasure Beach, yummy breakfast and warm on cold days!

The 'bar' area wasn't that appealing

even though it was right by the pleasure beach,we were not troubled by any noise.Trams stop just across the road from the hotel for quick ride to all attractions.Good selection for breakfast,as little or as much you required.

Staff were very friendly and efficient and the room, whilst basic, was clean and comfortable.

Great staff, clean and tidy, great location, a good family room and hotel.

The breakfast was large and cooked well and set you up for the day though only served from 9-9.30 so not a large gap expecially when your tired from the day before. The location of the hotel is brilliant right on the sea front and on the same road as all the attractions. The staff were freindly and layed back we booked out a bit late but they didnt mind and they let us keep our car in their carpark for the day when we has checked out.

Only breakfast being from 9-9.30 bit early for me 9- 10 would be better and carpark has a funny layout very easy to get blocked in or block someone in

Over priced. Filthy kettle in room. Filthy toilet brush.would never stay here again. overpriced. cost 60 pounds a night for me and my 6 year old daughter ton stay in a very small room in a double bed...........

The owners are lovely and make you feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. It is a very comfortable hotel, no frills, but clean and cosy. I would definitely stay there with my children again. I felt very relaxed being there with them. Budget-wise, it was pretty good value.

the hotel was very clean and tidy

The rooms were amazingly clean very spacious and had tea and coffee making facilities should you want it. Also a TV that worked... Free WiFi. Has a pool table too. Great Hotel. Would stay again and recomend to others.

Not really much to say here other than very squeaky beds, also when having friends round at the bar coninuously being told no guests of guests after 10pm kind of puts us off using the bar.

The Staff was very warm and friendly. The beds were comfortable, good atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely and car parking very good. We would deinately go back to Kings and also recomend it to friends and family.

We arrived early but it did not pose a problem,we were booked in early and made very welcome they gave us plenty of help when asked about certain amusements and places to eat,very clean and so comfortable and fairly priced keep your big hotels when it comes to blackpool you cant beat the old fashioned b&bs a great stay.

Only one downside and may have been a one off,residents smoking late at night were far to noisy shouting and laughing I wouldnt mind if it was early but 12:30 and onwards at night was a bit off putting but it was only one night and it did not take anything away from our stay we will be going back.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms adequate . Seafront location next to pleasure beach park ,but away from main nightime area, so not noisy

Allocated one of two rooms where shower is a known problem with hot water pipework - should eventually get hot but on this occasion stayed cold. Fortunately other rooms available. Relocated without asking. However, could have been a problem if hotel full.

They're accomodating.

They don't clean your rooms during your stay.

Uitmuntende staff! Een ongelooflijk hartelijke ontvangst. Niks was voor hen teveel. Zorgen voor een zeer goed gevoel. Budgetvriendelijk, super ontbijt, en vlak naast het pretpark zorgen ervoor dat dit een must do hotel is! Zicht op zee vanuit onze kamer zorgde voor een echt wow gevoel bij Kings Blackpool.

handy for golf, friendly and efficient staff, clean and tidy

It was cheap and cheerful. Family room was spacious.

The flannels were supposed to be white left on beds they were more grey! More storage needed. One single wardrobe for family or five and a set of drawers, good job we only stayed one night.
